Sounds like acting would be a cool pasttime for ya. Ive done a couple "acting" roles for college presentations. Its pretty fun.
My next big project is building a DIY Fume Hood. That way i do my psychedelic plant extractions completely indoors.

Yeah I think it could be pretty fun. I've been told I'm pretty good at appearing crazy.

Thanks Psi do you think people would buy them? They're very expensive to make from scratch apparently so I'd have to be sure. However I also want to do it just because I really love the idea of tv/movie moments that in one scene it can be an amazing twist, origin of an Iconic character. Just a moment in any scene when you were truly inspired to say wow! Sort of smile laughing to yourself at what a cool moment, twist or even just iconic moments in general.
Any ideas for your favorite movie moments? Also IF anyone has a resource for figurines that I can paint and customize to my various needs for the pieces id appreciate it, I'd love to do it but when I look for resources they have pretty basic figures without the ability to position them or change the clothes or paint them really. Also ideas on how to make things like the spaceship in my "To serve man" moment in time idea as well as the surroundings ie: the railing leading up to the craft, chain link fences, the tarmac etc let me know it could help me learn how to do something I just dream of right now.

I get that but that's why I have never gone to karaoke even though I sing well and enjoy it. Having an audience of any kind for me also makes me freeze up pretty badly. I almost passed out during to give my best friend his best man speech at his wedding and apparently I was so nervous that no one else could hear me except the bride and groom

I'd think there could be a market for sure, especially if the details are really on point. Built in lighting could be cool too to really duplicate the feel.
One thing I thought would be really cool is casting some TNG ships from metal. Specifically, the Enterprise from aluminum and the green Klingon and Romulan ships from copper. Then you could treat the copper somehow to give it a green patina that looks like the real ones.

I came into this thread looking for inspiration. I wish I could still make music I just get frustrated and rage quit my DAW after a while with no progress made. Miss being able to physically play the bass guitar before my hands stopped working but honestly the same issue was starting to happen where I was never satisfied with the things I made.
I guess my hobbies are alcohol, mush cult, and video games. I yearn for more though. Someday I wanna do some food gardening or find a way to enjoy making music again. I also really miss riding around on my tricycle but a new tricycle is so far away from me right now financially.

There is a pretty big community that does miniatures for doll houses, model railroads, and other stuff. That would be a good start for pieces. I've been checking out model railroad tracks that people build on youtube and some of them look very life like.
You could definitely sell them, especially if you made more mainstream stuff like from Pulp Fiction, Star Wars, Fear n Loathing, and so on. Sounds cool! The thing is that you might not be making a profit or will have to wait a while when you sell them. I have some art that people want to buy. The problem is that I put over 100 hours into some so they have a labor value and a sentimental value. A lot of people would pay $100 or $200 for them, but to me they're worth a few thousand dollars and I really doubt people want to pay that so instead of selling my art, I just pile it up under my house.

I love those ideas TNG is by far one of my life long loves and constant inspirations I'd have to learn how to do it and where to get materials I need but there's a lot of great episodes I could draw from there. I will really have a lot of good episodes to draw on. Since I'm focusing on moments in episodes I'll have to go over revelatory moments and I know there's been more then a fair share. Off the top of my head though I'd love to do the episode "Genesis" where crusher accidentally activated the wrong Tcell in Barclay and it turned everyone into different species. Also i think the episode name was "The royale" or something to that effect where they find a pocket of breathable air and people in the middle of a giant gas planet after they found wreckage of 20th century aircraft floating by. There's many good scenes in their with pivotal moments. Hmmmmmm
As far as the castmold ships there's tons of great space moments but I event been watching this year for other reasons and it's not at the forefront of my mind atm

I had a lead casting kit when I was little, child safety wasn't invented yet. I don't think I ever made anything.

I did a couple of casts using the lost wax technique when I was in high school or so (wax original, plaster negative mold, melt wax away and then pour in metal). Plumbing solder melts at a reasonably low temp and is lead free.

I have been teaching myself music theory and music production so I can set up an online business selling beats and offering music and services.
I still got some ways to go.

Very cool!
Ive seen some talented spray paint artists lately. At festivals and even illegal street graffiti is getting really good! Watching trains go by is actually pretty awesome now.
What sorta style you go for?
