So I just cleaned out the underside of the mower. Changing blades, and I couldn't believe how much mold or mycelium was growing on it. It was like perfectly hydrated substrate ready for a PC cycle. I might start trying grass.

Dry it out completely first. I actually used to buy pelletized grass, expand it and grow off it. Worked great 50/50 mixed with coir.

Like throw it in a dehydrator dry or leave it out for a couple days?
You think grass would work in place of straw for other species? That would be pretty nice for me.

Like compost pile outside. I’d leave it laid out flat in an area that is dry and gets sun. But just be wary of rain.

lime will help get the gunk off. Even a drop of jet dry. You rinse it out afterwords. Ive never used gypsum in grain. But I know people who add it after the grain prep before they pc jars. Some people also use dish soap for the same reason. It’s a releasing agent.

If you have stone producing maz I would like a print please lol.
I think the only stone strains are tamp, atl, and Mexicana.
I just started looking into them cuz I’m dying to try something other than cubes and I’m not super confident I’ll get these pans pinning anytime soon.

nah my mazas don't produce stones , i wish !
i'm working on tamps and galindois , the tamp created a stone in the plate and i cloned it , it worked pretty good , i'm hoping this would be a culture that produces a lot of stones , i'm imagining , don't really know , i'll post pictures later

Wow.
I’m always curious when people post these giant stems, 3 grams off one of those stems would be as potent as 3g made up of two whole smaller shrooms?
I just remember years and years ago I gave a friend his first trip and he loved it and bought an ounce from the same dealer which contained a shroom that had to be 10g. And he was all excited and ate an eighth of the big shroom and was disappointed.
I know ms it could be weak and all that but I’ve never had a chance to try a monster shroom myself so I’ve always been wary since then.
