Sorry to sound like an idiot what do you mean by “grad the leading edge”

These plates look rough. It will probably be easier to just start over again. Follow some of the already written teks. Bod's agar portal is great reading. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/22721954/vc/1#22721954

At this point even I recommend you start over. The mycellium has now overtook some of the bacterial growth and you wont be able to seperate the the 2. Atleast not easily. Go ahead and start fresh. When you transfer tske transfers about the size of a grain of rice. Transfer before anything the growth gets close to any contams. Make sure nothing passes over open dishes and make sure any utensils you use are flamed red hot before use.

Almost a week a ago I told you to start new plates. I wasn't being a dick, use those as observation and practice plates. Try a dry run if you can. Don't inoculate just pour and seal and pour and transfer. See what happens, trust me this stuff takes practice and more practice. You have to learn what clean growth looks like and then get overconfident and learn again what clean growth looks like.

I have new plates that have been at room temp for 4 days... no sign of growth I have plates that are poured apart from these in the pic cooling before I wrap with Saran Wrap (cling film for UK readers) Here are pics of the days old dishes... 7 of these cooled and wrapped another 12 cooling

Looks like your making more work for your self, donno why you basically transferred the whole dish into a new one...... its almost like you never read a single thread how to work with agar? cuttings should be from the edge of a single good looking growth site.... a bit too blurry for me to tell whats mold/myc
