Make new plates. Don't put any spores in them. If they contaminate, your sterile technique sucks. If they don't, the syringe sucks.
You might be able to do a transfer from 5, but honestly I'd just start over. What tek are you following?

All of them seem to be contaminated. There are some white fuzzy spots on a couple of the plates that may be of interest. The pictures are not clear enough to make a determination. Let them grow out for a couple of days or a week and see if the white spots grow large enough to identify. For sure if there is mycelium present, it will take some work to get a clean plate.

Bad bacterial infection. You could carry on with those but I would definitely start new plates.

There is plenty of growth in there that you can transfer. For some reason you are getting alot of bacteria either dirty innoculant or you aren't sterilizing loop good enough. Or maybe you wiped with alcohol afterwards. Idk.
The sattelite colony of mold on the edge of plate 1 and 2 is from bad sterile Tek most likely. Probably passed your hand over the open plate.
Toss plate number 4 immediately I see nothing useful there all bacteria. Go ahead and toss 1 as well there is clean mycelium there but a little too close to contams for comfort.
2, 3, 5 look like good candidates to transfer from. Avoid that yellow slimey looking shit at all costs. That's bacteria.
I'd grab one of the colonies on plate 2 asap before the mold gets any worse it's already started sporulating.
Then take additional couple transfers from 3 and 5. There is also a colony on plate 6 at 6 o'clock that can be saved. Right above the bacteria.
No need to toss ALL these plates this is what agar is for, separating clean mushroom mycelium from contaminates.
Goodluck. You got this.

I’ve probably done this wrong... but I learn best from mistakes. I have cut and transferred to 4 other dishes as below

What agar tek are you following? Usually people take much smaller cuts of their agar. The idea is you want to clean up the plate, not move the contams from one plate to another. The smaller the section you cut out, the less likely you'll transfer contams.

The agar tek I’m using is the Zombie-Ant (doesn’t know what the fuck he is going) tek.
Let’s see what happens

Lol. Zombie Ant might learn best from reading some of the many excellent Agar teks, where people have made your mistakes for you!

Yeah transfers are usually as small as possible, taking the whole thing was pointless it didn’t isolate good growth.
What are you trying to achieve exactly?

Sooo
Yes I know there is condensation, I’m still learning
What’s happening with these, there is growth, but is it the wrong kind. Shall I transfer again, but this time smaller?

Oof. I'd let that creep out onto the new plate a bit and see what emerges. Looks like you have some growth to pull from (on pic 3 for instance, you might wwant to grab the leading edge of that emerging growth between 8-9o'clock).
