Worth doing more transfers? Cultures on agar
    #26506481 - 02/27/20 01:14 PM (3 years, 11 months ago)

These two plates are the initial plates.

Everything off those two resulted in this

Anything worth doing more of from the first two initial plates?

Will post more pics in a sec.

The plate that was dugout looking had a finger of myc sticking up so transfered that somewhere.

The 3 plates tho.

I think you should do a transfer or two more, try to take a much smaller piece from the leading edge.

It looks weird to me, but I’m no pro, so wait for a second opinion.

SAB work has been done

Transfered 2 of the 3 to agar

Rest on grain for secure spawn for bags

And I cloned oyster tissue onto agar and cardboard?
