Have Spawn, Need Innoculant - Should I Do (Early) Agar Myc To LC?

I have a few jars of potato dextrose agar inoculated on 2020-02-18 with an unknown cube spore print that are finaly starting to show some growth where the spores are. The agar was made with as little as 25% the amount of potato starch that I should have used. Oops.
Here is my best jar at the moment as an example. It's pretty hard to get any decent photos with these 125ml jars. Sorry.

I've prepped quite a bit of oat spawn because I thought I would have a good source to inoculate from but I've had some setbacks. I would like to inoculate my spawn as soon as feasible. So, I don't know what would be the best way to accomplish that. Would it be beneficial to transfer some of this myc to broth and hope for a liquid culture to take off? Any other suggestions? Thanks!

I'm almost certain that your best bet would be to make a few transfers to at least make sure its clean myc no contams, because the LC's get contaminated easier than others. I just did some of my first agar transfers, and believe me once you get that myc to a new dish it will grow way faster than on the germination plate. I don't know why that is, but I transferred one germ plate to 4 different ones, and all the transfers are already bigger than the entire myc colony on the germ plate. I also saw a tek that used a syringe to grab a tiny piece of myc into LC. If you get clean culture on agar you could look into that tek. I forget the name, but if you search up LC inoculation teks you will most likely find it. Ill add the link here if I come across it again. Good luck.

Just a closing piece of advice for anyone reading this and having similar thoughts...
Do lots of spore print to agar tests. They sometimes have REALLY good results. Since I initially posted this, I had some other agar jars get covered in mycelium and I've used them for transfers already.
I've seen really good results with OMYA/OFMYA (250ml oat milk/broth, malt extract 1g, nutritional yeast 0.5g, 5g agar).
