Grow bag help
    #26504300 - 02/26/20 02:20 AM (4 years, 1 month ago)

My first pins are on the side of the bag. What should I do? Just leave them or pick them soon

Are you planning on fruiting it in the bag?

I would plop that thing out in a fruiting chamber and mist it and give it some air. That should also allow it to have more surface area for the sidepins so they won't smush in the bag like that.

Is there any very low maintenance fruiting chambers? I have a very busy life so I’m away from home almost 12 hours a day so I don’t have time to mist and can a bunch of times per day

If I were you I’d open the very top of the bag. The mushrooms will stretch for the fae

Leave it open? Won’t it be exposed to contams?

Thanks for the info I will have to try that out in the future. Does anyone think I should be giving it more fae? At the moment I’m only doing it once per day

Open the top, fully colonized substrates are not susceptible to contamination

Alright I will try that out just leave the bag all the way open or just take the bag clamp off and leave it folded on top but not sealed?
