Substrate tek suggestions for 6 monos?

I’m getting ready to spawn to 6 mono tubs from some spawn bags. I’m having difficulty finding a tek that is compatible with such a grow, I currently have coir and berm but after reading coir only tek verse some verm+coir teks I see that coir only has less prep time since you don’t really have to pasteurize it (not sure if this is correct). So does anyone with a little experience growing multiple tubs have any teks off hand, I’ve grow 3 monos before and used Franks tek but rather try keep as simple as possible. I’m also looking to up my grow space to 18 tubs so something that would work in either scenario would be great. Thanks for the advice.

Coir and Verm substrates are about as simple as it gets.
This is what I do for one mono (between 50-80qt tubs).
Get a five gallon bucket. Get a brick of coco, weigh it. Then add however much verm is needed to make it 1000g total dry weight coir+verm.
Or you can just assume the brick weighs 650g (not recommended)and add 350g of verm.
Break up the coco, and mix it with the verm inside the bucket. It helps to use a drill and paddle bit to break up the coco, but you can do it by hand.
Boil 3.5-4L (3500g-4000g) of water, and dump it in the bucket. Put the lid on the bucket, and set it down in an empty bucket. The empty bucket helps to keep it hotter, for longer.
After an hour or two, open the bucket and thoroughly mix the substrate, Careful, it still very hot and steamy. Place the lid back on the bucket.
Once the sub reaches room temperature dump it in a mono, add your grain spawn, mix it up and boom. Wait for the magic to happen.
I add 3lbs of colonized grain spawn to this mix (a single 3lbs grain bag).
If you're limited on buckets you can put 2000g of sub in each bucket and just try to put exactly half into two monos by eyeballing it. You can also skip using an empty bucket for insulation.

Definitely doesn't need to be pasturized. I do mine in totes. I have never weighed any of my substrate components except as an experiment just to see.
Simple as 1 brick, two qts verm, 4qts water (twice as much water makes for easy measuring relative to verm). I just use hot tap water, stir it up after 15 mins and distribute to monos to allow rapid cooling if you wish.
Here's a compilation of TC quotes about using coir verm from the last couple years - not out of date.

-------------------- But if you're in a hurry, and really got to go If you're in a hurry, might have to find out slow That it's one thing to try and another to fly You get there quicker just a step at a time It's one thing to bark, another to bite The show ain't over till you pack up at night
