So I read some book that makes an argument that capitalism is an economic system that rewards psychotic behavior and on another forum I read someone make an argument that most people I psychotic because of the culture. Now I’m afraid of becoming such a thing.

I dont know you personally so its hard to say, but from what Ive read of your posts you seem like a person just trying to find who they are.
You are not alone in this, and the fact that you reflect on things like this makes me think your pretty concious of the choices you make and want to make the "right" ones.
Take it easy on yourself bro, you sound pretty young and its a crazy world to navigate.

I know. I just don’t want to end up a psychopath because of things around me

Ahhh man, I'm no psychologist but I think truly psychopathic people never think they are psychopaths. While I do believe enough shit thrown at someone can make them snap, that can be countered by finding things in life that overwhelm those negative things.
For me personally, I have found wading through a trout stream by myself makes me forget about all my worries for awhile. I feel refreshed and I guess you can say centered after an outing. Ive witnessed turtles emerging out of their muddy burrows, geese protecting their nests, sandhill cranes catching their dinner etc....not to mention when I hook into my own dinner.
Find your own positive release and it makes lifes struggles easier to handle.

I guess that's true, but I worry that my releases will breed such tendencies in me. Like I play video games quite a bit and while I do appreciate the violent ones I recognize that violence is only ok in video games and not so in real life because....well it's obvious.

Im a bit of my gamer myself and this god forsaken fortnite gets the best of me. I have been in a lot of scuffles in my life as I grew up very angry. But no game made me that way, I was mad at my circumstances. As adults we have the great liberty of changing those circumstances.
Everyone has fucked up thoughts brother, its what you do with your thoughts that matter. I am not gokng to pretend like I have life figured out cause its a struggle for me quite a bit of the time. But I have taught myself that while there are sometimes very ruff times in life there is very rewarding ones as well.
Try finding a positive outlet and explore it.
