Grains too wet after PC cycle

Been dealing with wet spots before and after inoculation.
Using bods easy af oat prep Tek
Drying my oats on a giant screen for a few hours doesn't seem to be doing the job well enough, should I blast them with a fan until they are really really dry before loading?
This is what my jars look like 24 hours after shake and PC cycle for 2 hours. Simply too wet, with wet spots

It could be, I'm using micropore tape and foil.
I'm thinking it's mainly an issue with not drying them crispy enough after boiling
Might try switching to plastic lids without holes, unmodded turn them 1/4 to 1/2 a turn

Adding a fan to get them a little more dry pre PC, and a piece of paper towel under the foil for my jars with holes - anyone have experience with this and fixed the issue?

idk man i usually just drain mine then load them in the jars and pressure cook them. from boil to start of pressure cooking is usually roughly 35 minutes for me

I've been doing that but I get wet spots immediate after the PC cycle of 120 min, even after 24 hours and shake

Yes, usually not enough water, I just upped my water content to 3 qts via a 23 qt pressure cooker based on bods teks.

Mine are not clearing up after a few days, and show up especially later in colonization when extra condensation

Is condensation normal with oats? I even left them in the fridge over night so they were nice and dry for the PC. It seems the more they colonized the more condensation was created.
Would these be alright to throw in substrate?

Like he said... Fuck oats... But also 100% this problem can be solved by bringing temps up super super slow. Also back down kinda slow. You aren't actually having a wet grain problem, you are having a condensation problem. In my jars this causes mush for grains in some spots and really dry grains in the rest of the jars but after shaking it usually just solves itself. If I bring temps up soooooooooper slow no problem what so ever. I kinda always seem to get impatient tho. This is more of a problem during the winter than summer, but try taking your sweet ass time bringing temps up. I'm talking set the PC to lowest setting and walk away for a hour before even trying to get to steam venting stage kinda slow. If this don't fix your problems THEN you need to dry grains alot better. I've steam dried oats and gone straight to jars the pced and had the grains come out dry and shriveled this way. Less overcooking the grains and more absorbtion this way. Plus no condensation to fuck you in the ass. Or just find a better grain like wbs, wheat, rye, barley, or almost anything besides oats. The hull is what causes a problem and extra work drying the grain. I still use oats but they also still suck.

Condensation is normal if the temperature outside of the jar is different to the inside, and especially as jars reach full colonization, they look good to me!
