Seasonal variation (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter)?

All other things being quite similar (indoor growing), does anyone's experience suggest to them that growing at some time of year is easier/more-successful than another?

certain parts of the world will see higher spore counts in certain times of the year, here it's very mild all year( I may get freez8ng temps a few days a year) and the trees surrounding my house are covered in trichoderma so it's a struggle no matter what.
other areas may be constantly hot and very humid also giving it's own issues where somewhere like Alberta may be consistently  dry , once you figure out wjat works for ya it becomes second nature though.

I live in a coastal city, so humidity is sky high in the summer. Starting around May, I used to use about 1/3 of the poly I normally use for monotub filters. This increases FAE, which helps keep contams at bay, especially on those hot summer days.
Nowadays I use MP tape, so not sure what I’ll do this year.

Growing in the winter is the best though. I came back to the hobby in October and only 1 tub went green so far (out of like 30).
