Monotub starting to fruit - what now?

Hi all! This is my first grow. Golden Teacher spores sourced from one of the forum sponsors.
MS syringe > 7 oat grain jars > coir monotub
Just started to pin a few days ago and now I've got this one big shroom on my hands with a bunch of other small ones coming up maybe a few days behind.

Two questions: 1. What should I do about that big mushroom? Should I cut it once the cap opens up in order to take a spore print? I'm thinking this might have good genetics since it is outpacing everything else (though, there may just be favorable micro environmental conditions...?).
2. At this stage, should I ease off on top watering and just let the mushrooms fruit without additional watering? I'm worried that by misting too much I will cause more harm than good.
Anything else I should be mindful of at this point? My apologies for this being such a noob post. I just don't want to fuck this up royally at this final stage.
My plan going forward is to take spore prints and do agar work followed by grain to grain transfers.
I've mostly been using BOD's teks and pastywhyte's easy agar plates. Monotub left in "growing conditions" as per BOD's tek. (Ample lighting, ample FAE throughout entire duration of monotub grow)
Thanks for any input!

Wait for it to open and print it. Tub needs more Misting and FaE. Fuzzy feet mean more air, and the top of the sub looks dry. Mist away!

Nice! Thank you for the input. I will let it open up a bit further and then do the spore print. Will also stay on top of misting so the substrate doesn't totally dry out.

Yeah it does look dry. I think a lot of those little ones in the second pic are aborts but it’s hard to tell.
The big one either cut it off or just snip the cap before spores get all over. Might as well print it too, especially if it’s your first shroom!

Yep, clone the fast one! Taking a print from it does NOT guarantee similar shrooms from that print, cloning pretty much does
