Podaxis sp. (maybe P. pistillaris depending on whom you ask) and a Cortinarius sp.

podaxis is a good possibility, but we need to know if it has gills or not.

very true, thanks for pointing this out. if it has gills, it's a Coprinus sp. (either C. comatus or something close-- i'm not sure whether the comatus-like species found in South America is the same as the North American C. comatus)

Coprinus comatus is a good edible. Has very short shelf-life, should be cooked the same day you pick them.

Its shaggy mane, I have one pic this one. Proves gills. Young still. Coprinus comatus. Yo how do get this culture growing inside? Wood water agar?

taking a piece of sterile tissue from the center of the stipe base or inside cap flesh and put it on agar, transfer a few times to get clean mycelium and then take it to grain to get your spawn.
however, the last picture doesn't prove it has gills, podaxis looks like that in side view, we need to see the bottom where the cap margin meets the stem.

I ate it and drank alcohol, cause i was confident. Put it in a white bechamel sauce with pasta. Got a nice spore print without the gel. Woohoo
