4 agar transfers one stronger than the rest
    #26499502 - 02/23/20 07:29 AM (3 years, 11 months ago)

All are 3rd transfers from a clone all from the same plate, one on the far right is the strongest and most grown out.
The agar peice I transferee was larger on that one than the rest does that have anything to do with it?
I am just looking for a decent culture to store in the fridge until needed next should I let it grow out and store it and maybe transfer from the other plates in the mean time to see what I get? Or should I transfer it some more from the far right plate and store the results of that?

I would transfer from T4 because there is a satellite bacteria colony in it as well. Also nice floors.

If you are storing any live mycellium will work, just grow it near to the edge.  You would never go storage>inoculation anyway so it really doesnt matter that much even if there's a mold satellite or bacteria.  They hate the cold.
