Am I losing my babies?

I just wanted to go to bed and my GT surprised me with a worrisome black/blue/greenish colouration. On the mycelium it looks like mold to me (picture 2). However, you can also see some blue patterns on the few pins that have formed for now which indicates that it might be the metabolite (picture 3). Also it seems to be mainly on the side which got misted, since I might have misted it unevenly. I don't know if I made a mistake. I opened the lid a crack wide since the first pins are showing and mist it about twice a day.
Also, the mushroom is sitting on the floor.. I assumed that at this stage the mycelium is strong enough to fight intruders and also I think the colouration would start much more local if it was an infection.

Hmmmm. That second picture looks like it could be bruising of the mycelium. The pins in the third pic also look like they're bruising.
I'm fairly new to growing myself but your surface conditions look dry. Perhaps that's what causing the bruising.

It's not looking well, that's for sure. the surface is looking thick and bruised. I feel like it looks dry, hard to tell from pic. I feel like it looks like maybe bacteria issue as well. What are all your steps till now?

Yes I'm pretty sure that the substrate dried out, since it feels pretty dry on touch. I already felt like I have used too much cococoir compared to the vermiculite.
So the steps are: - Cooking rye grain and drying - Autoclaving for 20min + cooling, inoculation - Growing for about a month if not more - Creating substrate mixture which could be up to 75% cococoir/25% verm instead of the 50/50 mix, because the hard coir block was pretty difficult to break up, we added some water to it which then of course disturbs the rate. - Substrate "cooking" 1h + and hanging it up --> Field capacity - Leaving it on my room floor for 3 weeks @RT with lid closed, polyfil holes on the upper part of the walls, and a blanket over it. According to my hygrometer the humidity was saturated --> First pins - 2-3 days after the first pins I crack the lid open and spray it about twice a day with spray bottle - 3-4 days after the first pins they bruise blue (starting from the sides) - Now everything is blue/black

You are pcing rye for only 20 minutes? 90 minutes at 15 psi is usually recommended. I do 120 minutes.

The mushrooms are growing skinny due to lack of f.a.e and the bruising could be from the substrate becoming to dry or water droplets.
Another reason for skinny sickly looking mushrooms is bacteria but your pics dont look like its heavy with a bacterial contaminate so more then likely the first bit, to dry water droplets, lack of f.a.e.
Increase the fresh air exchange even if you have to do it manually
Mist 3-4 times a day to keep the humidity up
And yes there has to be a mistake by op, he wouldn't even have got colonized spawn if he only pc'd his rye jars for 20minutes at 15psi.... I go for 2 to 2.5 hours myself since I'm a cheap skate and buy inferior bird seed brands.

I have used an autoclave at a research facility probably with higher pressure than 15psi. They always use this setting and have no problems. Also that's not the issue, since the intruder would have much earlier for sure.
What do you think of adding a mermiculite casing?
Whats f.a.e?

It just looks dry to me and the bruising is the mycelium searching for water and getting stressed out.
Id mist it if I were you and FAE = Fresh air exchange.
Can you show us a picture of your whole set up? Do u have a fan?

Sub looks really dry and fruits look like they need more FAE. I'm guessing the sub was prepped too dry. If it seems light, I'd bottom water, give a light misting on the surface and let them get a little more air.

Its 100% the issue. They don't sterilize grain and there's no setting for it on an industrial autoclave. Instruments and liquids take 15-20m grain takes 90+ You can tell by pictures 2 and 3 that your grow is unhealthy and you bad bad spawn. it's been fighting intruders since before you made the tub. That's why it never was strong enough to fight forward and do well

With bottom water you mean soaking it and draining the excess water?

Does that look unhealthy to you too? Why so? What are the characteristics? It didn't seem unhealthy at all to me right until yesterday!
