Germination on Agar (normal look?)
    #26497876 - 02/22/20 12:51 AM (3 years, 11 months ago)

Hi,
I've transferred some spores from a syringe onto agar(via cotton swab) a few days ago and I just wanted to ask whether or not it is normal that at first this slim film appears before the mycelium grows thicker in its center.
Or is that something else outgrowing the spores.

Sorry if this info can be found somewhere, I didn`t really find pictures of spores the first few days on agar that would answer this.

Every spot that has now mycelium growing on it, started of as that. And it all grew from the center of the zig-zag pattern(I imagine that is the opposite of a satellite...or do i get the meaning of that wrong)
