lately I like intermittent fasting, and weed seems to be the most "spiritual" thing I partake of anymore. Although it's the only drug I partake of any more, so that could be it...

Yeah soups are good. Really notice when I don't eat veggies for awhile. Seriously, they matter. Raw is best.
Am really enjoying this high and body blissfulness, know it sounds stupid but if you make oneself sick from garbage and lack of exercise one really notices it. Especially if one has a routine of consistent drug usage.
Hunter S. Thompson, one can learn from him. Grapefruit-vitamin C and so on. Love this scene.

Synchronicities are my 'manna from heaven' since we do not live by bread alone. Beyond that red wine, preferrably cabernet sauvignons.

Hiking on the PCT for 25 days awhile back. Rice and Quinoa. Never cooked anything, precooked out of the bag. Everything was burning on the trail and one realizes, for those that have experienced that are far better than me at planning things, water is everything.
Have amazing photos and met some amazing people. Is spiritual to me. A Utopia of sorts. Meet people from all over the world. No one steals, people leave you alone unless you want to talk in the middle of nowhere high above everything, which is great. Just genuine good people. Is amazing how people are and people say I am crazy for taking these vacations but no.
My trail name is Linus, told it to an old timer and he laughed. Nomad, was his. In his 60's and lives for it . Spring is on it's way.
I enjoy it. With this whole virus thing going around might leave early this year.
