Looks like a type of Hygrocybe spieces. Definitely nothing active, nor edible.

Looks like it will stain black, so something in Hygrocybe section Hygrocybe.  The exact species varies a lot by region and many remain unnamed.  Hygrocybe nigrescens is one possible name, especially if you found it in Europe or Africa.

It looks more to me like something in Hygrocybe sect. Coccineae subsect. Squamulosae with black scale tips similar to those seen in H. coccineocrenata or H. turunda rather than one of the black-bruising species in sect. Hygrocybe

Thanks I'm always learning.

My goal really is to locate hallucinogenic local fungus here in the Peru, 3200m+ 59f at night 70f day. Varying humidity, in a valley.

Any ideas of what I can find over here? Psychedelic wise.

Your altitude makes it a little tricky, but I'm sure you could find some psilocybes there. If you could get a couple of thousand meters down, you'll have more luck, though 😀
You might want to check if there're some cacti around. They live in high altitudes. Peruvian torch is quite famous. There's also several plants you could find to brew some ayahuasca, but you'd probably have to get a little down.

I can't speak for the Peruvian species of Hygrocybe, but I'm with Pyrolight here, I don't believe these are going to stain black.

Maybe you can find yopo trees. And there's probably some fly agarics around, if you're into that. You've got thorn apples and angel trumpets there, but they can hardly be called psycedelics.

Fly agarics contains ibotenic acid, muscimol and muscazone. Not poisonous. There's minute amounts of muscarine, but most of that breaks down with drying and heat.
Angel trumpets (brugmansia spp.) and thorn apples (datura spp.) contains tropane alkaloids, which has very strong hallucinogenic properties. Lethal in very high doses, but wouldn't call it a "poison trip". But be very careful with these plants. They're not psychedelics.
Yopo contains bufotenine, DMT and 5-MeO-DMT. Psychedelic, but some find it unpleasant.
Another funky substance you can find in your area is sapo. If you don't mind torturing a frog for a while. But it's not really psychedelic, nor does it seem very pleasant.

The lichen dictyonema huaorani contains psilocybin, DMT and 5-MeO-DMT, could possibly be found in your area as well. Also vilca, which is similar to yopo. And half a dozen ayahuasca plants or more. But in lower altitudes, that is.
