Don't have a kid because you think it will ground you
Many people aren't grounded by having a kid anyway

He has me on ignore because of what I said about his selfish ideas about having a kid in his last thread.
Attention seeking and super enraging he is still talking about having a kid to have one.
If the kid does happen, you’ll be 46 by the time it isn’t here. 51 by the time it is three. And their energy builds, doesn’t decrease.
The lack of personal health care for your body is going to affect those sperm. Alcoholism + old age = not very good darwinistic planning for your child. Setting them up for failure.
Just adopt or foster a baby. Seriously. Your primal desire to procreate should have happened when your genetics would have left a stronger specimen... not one that is at extreme risk.
Especially if you procreate with a woman in her 40s which increases the risk of Down syndrome and other age related issues. Just bad this whole idea is bad.

Nah, I just want to raise one. The only way it will ground me is by not doing illegal things anymore. But I think in the near future if a Dem gets the presidency this year I will be able to take and grow what I want.
Amazing how women come out of the woodwork when they know one is ready to settle down. I am ok with monogamy. And I have done basically every drug known to man during my life and know the few I want to keep on using.
It is just time for me and a miracle I didn't have one by accident or get an STD or worse. I have never used a condom my whole life as I don't like how it feels which was dumb and I got lucky.
On with life but I get what you mean. Or those that think it will save a relationship if they do. It doesn't.

You've got the right to be just one more totally shitty parent raising a completely fucked up kid, right? So go for it!
You sound like an idiot and you (and likely your kid as well) will regret your choice to procreate

OP, you've got 47 people on ignore. Clearly you have a very low tolerance for things you don't wanna hear.
Just so you know, babies don't come with an "ignore" button

I don't suffer fools. And their sure are a hell of a lot of them on the Shroomery. Kids don't come with the name Anon #1 as well in all your wonderful unasked for wisdom. Why are you so afraid to let yourself be known?

Why do you need it to look like you? How much of a narcissist are you that you’d rather risk your kid having down’s than have a perfectly healthy kid who’s face doesn’t resemble yours?
Adopt, man. It’s the right move...

Unasked for wisdom? You straight up DID ask for input and you got it.
This world is fucked and of course you only wanted people to say what you wanted to hear. I don't know why I bother anymore
If you've never used a condom, you're probably sterile anyway...
Go ahead and try to have a kid though, you'll fucking hate what being a parent does to your life.

So you say. But apparently you know how the shroomery works and I can't block a Anon. Know thyself. I will have one. Try to have some peace and happiness during your lifetime.
I know my path if I choose it.

Do you have a point, besides that? Yes, raised a kitten to adulthood and now it is time to impregnate a woman that I will be monogamous with in my life.
I love the vagueness. Read so much Ayn Rand I get the people that actually do things in life and get to the point instead of just bullshitting.
So yes, I do. I think I have reached my five post limit from these idiotic mods nowadays that run this M thread but you have the posts and know the old days. So If I can't respond until tomorrow know why.

Well now I'm convinced you'll be a great parent. Be sure to update this thread for the next 19 years or so so we can all know how the kid turned out.
