Thanks for the rotating technique :smile: I'll give it a try for sure.

However, I cannot find the "slight" bacteria you're talking about. I'm not good at this :laugh:

My jars are now fully colonized but some of them show very slight blue/green-ish color in few places. I'm not sure if that's actual mold or simply bruising. Here's some pictures (I've done my best with what I have to make it as clear as possible)

Apart from that, no smell and the other areas looks very white:

They wont pin, they need fresh air for that to happen, the mycelium will just get starved and die. Its the same effect though, the fridge slows and preserves the mycelium. You could always bury the ones with mold, and keep the two for master jars. I think its bruising though, they look good to me.
