Questions about my grow: contam after soak, mutant-looking fruit

I've gotten quite a lot of mushrooms out of this grow, on flush 2-3 (not very good at telling when a flush ends) for all of them.
The 3 in the back right corner couldn't be dunked with the rest of them, I'm about to dunk them. They look pretty dry, but I was waiting on some close-to-mature fruits.
All the rest were dunked in the same pot and then left... on top of my dishwasher because I'm a dummy. The water got warm from the dishwasher running, whole thing smelled fruity and my research suggested that I had a bacterial bloom happen. But since it's not mold, I read it'd be okay to observe? One cake was just brown and smelled especially fruity, I threw it out immediately. The rest looked like they might recover, so I left them to sit for the last 4 nights before posting here to see what you all say.
This is how they look this morning. I still some light brown or yellowy spots, especially on the two with yellow arrows. What do y'all think? Is it safe to keep growing and watching? The SGFC smells like mushrooms, the sweet/fruity/bacterial smell went away after the first night after dunking.
Also the green arrow - what in the world is that lol? Bacterial issue? Mutant? It's pretty funny, I took a picture through the font of the box for a different angle.
Thanks for answering my noob questions!

I think you might be overthinking this.
Unless the water got too warm (that would kill off mycelium) it should be fine. Some TEKs for soaking even suggest room temperature water for the soak as they don't believe in the "cold shock" approach between flushes.
Mycelium has its own immune system and unless you cooked that away it should be fine - however, if you have already got 2-3 flushes from these they are not in the prime health as they have aged and spent some of their vigour.
Even if it is contamination there - no harm will happen if you just wait a few days for cakes to recover and then you will see better what is happening. You can't really do anything else than keeping them in good conditions.
Patience is the key.
