All plates are still without discoloration and are whiter than when first posted.

I would make a few transfers from 7 to 11 in pic above. I'd stay away from that area at the very top of the plate at 12.
You will feel much better about this when you get onto a new plate.

Transferred tissue from 2 plates like pictured in the pic above this into 8 new plates.
Also dropped a piece into a new LC.
Condensation is a problem on half the plates. Is it ok to peel back saran wrap on one of the GE holes in the petri to aid in removing the condensation?

That growth looks fine, looks like it’s reacting to something about the agar but not contam. Post that jar again, let’s see if those grains ever colonized.

Plates look fine but jars are bacterial. Definitely spawn them to coir, but don’t be surprised if the yield isn’t great or if they contract mold. A lot of TCs will say that you must introduce mold for a tub to go green, but in my experience bacterial tubs will go green with very little input from you.

Unfortunate.
So by looking at the jars im assuming your clues were the topside chalky myc on the surface of the jar along with specs of uncol. grains ?

Some plates look healthy on exactly 50% of one side and the other half looks faded and gray.
Could this be contaminates hitting the plated on the side that gets opened to innoc?

It’s just different sectors. That plate looks normal to me, just transfer from the better side.
I’ve had quite a few plates split down the middle, it’s weird.

Here is the mono from those 4 jars.
This is about day 10-11. About a dozen early pins ill be keeping an eye on for cloners but that off white / grey shit around those pins might be danger approaching.
3 jars smelled very musky mushroomy 1 was off a tad so i layered that one in the center of the sub. Almost didnt include it but i said F it lets see what happens.
Cant wait to break it in half and see what the middle looks like afterwhile.
