Hi all, so i recently inoculated some spores and agar and now i want to make the first transfer to isolate and clean the strains. Just want some advice on which cultures and spots are best to take, im pretty new to this. Any advice is highly appreciated.

ok fixed the pics, thanks.
Just to add, my question is due to the fact that I am not seeing any rhizomorphic growth on the current cultures. So which sections would be best to transfer in order to get the greatest chances of this growth?
From what I see, Dish A in the 3-6 o'clock region looks the least fluffy. Would this be a good spot to clone?
Also, I am not sure what the growth beside the fluffy regions in Dish B is..its not fluffy but doesnt look like anything good; I may be wrong.
Thanks again

Dish C is the only one I’d use.

I'd grab a lot from all but Dish D. Don't worry too much about rhizo, especially I have found on germ plates it is just chaotic. Best to take a bunch of transfers and see what results.
Dish A - the top right portion is practically rhizo already, so grab from there. This plate you have a ton you could just grab samples from and see what emerges, yes even through that top left. Grab the myc that is crawling up the wall, that's some go-getter genes right there.
Dish B and Dish C - Hard to see if there is some contam creeping in. I'd just grab a couple transfers from each dish and see what happens.

Thanks so much!
I grabbed 3 each from A and C. Even picked up some of those spiderman genes. Lets see what happens.
