Storing colenizied jars in the fridge for 2 weeks?

I'm going away in a month and I'm going to be inoculating some grain jars the end of the week. Can I store colenizied jars in the fridge for 2 weeks while I'm away and take them out for a few days then spawn to substrate?
Another alternative would be to spawn the monotub and come back in 2 weeks or would that be too risky?

Okay great. I was also thinking do I spawn the monotub before and leave and come back in 2 weeks and it's ready to fruit. Do you think that's risky?

Growing mushrooms works best if you have the time and opportunity to grow mushrooms with the intent of being there physically as they grow so you can observe and adjuste when needed. If you don't care at all about your results then yes, you can definitely try and see if they will grow themselves from spawn to harvest. And likewise if you're interested in great results then it will demand more from you than what you're asking about. Gl

I'd mono them.
All I do when they are in the monotub is exactly nothing.
They are ready to harvest in three weeks usually.

You're right. I'd rather be there all the time but it's just I'm going away for 2 weeks so I was thinking of either putting colenizied jars in the fridge until I'm back in 2 weeks of spawn the tub and let it colonize for 2 weeks. I'm not a half arsed grower. I've grown cannabis for years and I take pride in it

Yeah less fucking with the tubs the better. I was gonna use micropore tape on the holes for colenizing and then pollyfil to fruit. Could I leave the tub colenize with micropore for 2 weeks without issue, could it be over colenizied if that makes sense?

Fully colonized qt jars can store for months in the fridge if need be, it's not optimal but sure works. I personally would like to be there when my spawned tub possibly goes green on day 5 after spawning so I don't have to deal with the green catastrophe on day 14. But if youre willing to risk that then technically yes, not having to be involved with the process and still have good results before even learning how it's done would be the easiest way to go about it I guess.. But my advice is don't skip steps if you absolutely have to because you don't have a choice. Better to learn to grow when there is patience and opportunity. Gl

Ill sotre them in the fridge then. I didnt like the idea I'd being away while a tub was going, just wanted to see if I could.
What temp would you colenise a tub at ?

Room temp is what cubes seem to want throughout every stage of growth, from spore germination to fruiting, anything above normal room Temps allows for better growing conditions for bacteria and molds so try to avoid anything above 23-24C.
