A,b,c all clone sample 3 transers on agar, then to lc, then to grain on 1-25. Test plates all looked good.
D is clone sample transfered twice on agar, then transfered to grain 1-25. Agar to grain dish looks good still but this jars got me worried.
Trying to see if they'rd ready for bulk or if they need a few more days or if they're just fucked??
Let me know what you think, thanks!!

For future reference I would have put the Lc to agar first to make sure it wasn’t contamed....to me these atleast A B D def look to bacterial to me. But seriously don’t take my word on this I’m still very new just giving my opinion.

They all look somehow for me, especially D, the ones like D I put away. But of course in the beginning I used all kinds of jars until I came to this
This is how my jars looks

P.S
when I used to do LC and I was rookie I was having too moist jars, so I was putting some verm in bottom that helped to absorb the excess, You could try that too, they look kinda wet
Now, I dont do LC at all, G2G looked most safe for me.

Notes taken. I know my moisture was off definatly like the verm idea, ill have to try that next time. Ill probably spawn them all even though they aint perfect, for science and for a future," this is what happens when you bulk bacterial spawn" post. So would you guys wait longer or go to bulk now? I have a tray of each(except d).
Side note: Anyone got any goot teks on how to test lc? Im super paranoid of introducing contames...

This jar is not a good comparison. If your spawn is clean and prepped correctly you can G2G, but you won't know unless you test on agar. Also check out Eats LI stuff. It is pretty fun if you want faster results.
