In north central Florida. Growing on cow poop in grass. In shade 20 feet away from tree lined fence. They do not bruise purple and are a little moldy. Have a pungent smell.

Yes cubes imo
Are they not bruising blue, like the stem in that top mushroom in the second pic, and getting darker over time?

All have an aqua color blue at point of breakage on stem and yes getting darker in the last couple hours. Thought that could be mold tho. Any thoughts on eating slightly moldy shrooms, also dosage on these for first timer who wants a medium level trip?

I See No Mold On Those Mushrooms, They Are Fine. You Have A Small Amount, I Wouldn't Put All 4 Past 1.5 Grams Completely Dried.
Dosage Varies Between Weight Of Each Person & How High Or Low Your Metabolism Is. The Shroomery Dosage Levels For Psilocybe Cubensis Say That .8 Is A Level 1 Trip. That Is True For A 120-160 Pound Person But A 220+ Lb Guy Is Not Going To Be Able To Get That Same Experience With That Low Of A Dose.

Ok, I'm 190lb guy. Guessing 1.5g is a level 2 trip. If I eat these fresh is the trip greater? Looking at the link you provided thank you.

If I Were You, At 190lbs I Would Eat All 4 Fresh. Fresh Cubes Will Stay Good In The Fridge For About A Week. So If You Aren't Going To Trip Soon, I Would Dry Them.

Do you happen to know if you can find these fully sprouted any time of the day or do they only sprout at sunrise? Do they die quickly or can they be sitting for a while once fully grown?

Successful first mushroom experience. I found a tree stand with a cushion, perfect setting. Can go for a level 3 next time

Depending upon your location, they can be found year round any time of day. I prefer early morning in pastures I have permission to hunt, but If I had to trespass it would be late afternoon into the evening, but most farmers/ranchers start feeding around sunrise and just before.

So that amount was absolutely perfect for my first time. How can I say this, a tree stand with a cushion found me. While sitting up in the oak, the wind was making the tree sway and I felt like I was breathing with the tree. Then I got some messages. I recorded my thoughts during the trip. There was an effect on time and motion. I remember saying "time is of no resistance to my body moving" haha. Then an owl flew across the forest. The animal appearances felt like a performance then I questioned my ego so many times. I felt comfort, relaxation and love. Looking forward to a level 3 trip. Heading back to the field tomorrow to look for more.

give yourself about 2 wks between journeys and they will be nice, but to much to often can ruin it, causing bad experiences and it takes more the closer you take it to the last dose.
