Break it all up and distribute all the mycelium around then repack/shape it. As long as everything is healthy it will bounce right back in a couple days and your bag really take off and finish up quickly. Note: You can give it a couple nice drops on the counter or floor to pack it all down again after you’ve broken up/shook it all good.

Would everyone agree with Mushking here? Don't mean to doubt you Mushking! Was just hoping to gather a consensus haha
Anyone see any problem spots in the bag? Just to reiterate, I'm looking for anyone with more knowledge than my 0 previous grows haha
Thanks guys!

Doesn’t look there’s there’s any contaminat present from pictures. Even if there is shaking it won’t do anything that isn’t going to already happen

Thanks for the response! You noted that the growth at 7 days seemed quick (previous comment). Would you still say that knowing this is day 16?

Break it up and shake it. Will help. That’s a lot of reaching that mycelium still need do if wasn’t to shake. Take another two weeks. You can have jars done in two weeks.
You shake to spread mycelium so can have more places to grow than just the outer surface of already growth.

Break it up and shake, move the colonized grain around to have spread throughout all the grain. Will take a day or two for the shake to recover but once does, it will grow where can all throughout.

Update!! Soooo shook up the bag two days ago, 50 hours to be exact 😬. Started bouncing back pretty quick, noticed the first mycelium spreading at 24 hours. Would love to hear any input on how things are looking. Hopefully someone other than myself benefits from this post as well haha as always, feedback and abvice are always appreciated! If anyone wants a better picture of a certain spot I'm happy to do that. I'm mostly wondering if the white balls on top are good? Condensation only popped up after the shake. Made taking the pictures a little hard with the added glare but I think they came out decent?
Thanks guys!! 🍄🍄🍄

Yeah. A lot of colonization is just wait and see.
No one is able to tell you off barely recovering grain if it's going to go one way or another.

Thanks for the response! The white clumps at the top are normal though? I figured that's what the sides would look like as well if they weren't smashed up against the grain bag? Been comparing to just about every picture I can find on here.
