Another Flow Hood Post

Recently built my own flow hood. Was fun. Hardest part was cutting square pieces from birch plywood. :chainsaw:

Then you have a couple of sheets of plywood, wood screws, maybe $10 for some foam weatherstripping, few $$ for some silicon caulk, duct tape, etc.

In my case, I also needed to buy a bunch of tools for the project. Not cheap but def. not fungi perfect pricey.

No prefilter? Your hood will last much longer if you let a prefilled soak up all the big particles rather than clogging your hepa

I have a prefilter secured to the fan intake with an 8" duct clamp as mentioned in the parts list above. It just isn't shown in the photos.
