Pics of my setup and an air circulation question

Today is two weeks since I inoculated my first jars and things seem encouraging so far. I thought I'd share a few pics of my grow area and ask a question, specifically regarding air circulation.
My grow area is the top shelf of my closet. Six feet wide, about two feet from shelf to ceiling. These jars are sitting on plywood for stability. I keep a check on the temps and it's 76 plus or minus two degrees. These guys seem to like it. GT on the left and the five on the right are B+.
My closet had no light so I modified an old floor lamp by removing the bottom half, securing to the ceiling, plugging into a timer. I had trouble finding 6500K bulbs so I settled for 5000K CFLs. These swivel, which is useful. They've been running 12 on/12 off since inoculation.
This part is odd and difficult to photograph. I had a mylar emergency blanket which I doubled over and tacked to the inside wall above the doorway. I put a dowel rod through the bottom. Part of the time this partition is attached to the hang rod right below the shelf, part of the time it hangs down. It makes a little "cubbie" up top though there's a gap of probably 18" on either side that's open. It reflects light toward the grow area (maybe not much more than the white walls/doors would), it probably keeps it a little warmer up there when it's attached to the rod, but mainly it blocks most of the light from being visible through the closed doors and being noticed (which is exactly what happened on day one pre-mylar when someone mentioned that I'd left my closet light on. When I'm around I often leave this barrier down and the doors open to let air circulate a little better. My main question is this: Soon I'll be moving some of these into shoeboxes and I don't know how important air circulation will be. It would be easy to get a small fan and let it draw air down and out, pulling up a little fresh air from the below. I'm assuming anything blowing directly across the shelf would likely dry things out. Should I get a fan? Any other comments or suggestions? My grow is definitely limited to my closet so I'm trying to make it as suitable as can be.

It’s something you’ll have to figure out when you put your tubs in there.. if they’re growing poorly due to lack of FAE, then some air circulation would probably be called for, but they’re doing just fine as is, skip it. All part of dialing in your grow area.

Cool, thanks! I'm glad to get that kind of answer as opposed to "Sweet Jesus, yes, they're gonna suffocate in there!" Now I'll just go back to stressing over whether those odd uncolonized grains are just that or something not-so-benign.

How long have they been uncolonized.. which is to ask, has growth stalled there for a few days or is growth still happening?

They haven't stalled. Today is two weeks since noc'ing from a MS syringe. I'm surprised at how fast the B+ has been. I'd say the most advanced jars started approaching 90% or better a few days ago. They came back quickly after shaking, faster in some areas than others. If I had to guess I'd say maybe those areas (most of which are now covered in mycelium) were more densely packed than others. And that's based not on actual knowledge but hopeful thinking that nothing else significant is in there. I've started agar plates for the future but I started with 11 jars just hoping that at least one would make it to the finish line. That line isn't in sight yet but I'm more than pleased at how they're doing. Also some of the uncolonized areas are at the bottom and there's more vermiculite there from the shaking.

If they’re still colonizing, I wouldn’t sweat it. If it’s MS, you’ll get more dense myc is some areas as the sub strains can grow differently.
