Question about FAE and using an old freezer cooler as a fruiting chamber.

Hey everyone! First and foremost I want to say thank you to all of you amazing people out there who have contributed to these forums and have posted and shared your knowledge with the world!
I'm currently in the bulk substrate colonization phase of my second grow and I have a few questions.
Background: My first grow was somewhat of a success. I decided to skip the cakes and went straight for the bulk grow technique. I live in the Pacific Northwest, so at this time of year it gets quite cold and we turn the heaters off at night while were sleeping in my house so its definitely too cold to cultivate in my room. I had an old freezer cooler I was using for fermenting beer and decided to repurpose it for mushroom cultivation.

Where I sort of pulled a rookie move was doing a multi-spore for my first go. I squirted a few CC's of PE and a few CC's of Golden teachers and wound up getting just over an ounce of tiny, what looked like golden teachers on all of the flushes. The strange part is that the potency on my first grow was very low. My first experience of just a few grams was colorful, and each subsequent dose in which I increased eventually up to 6 grams was seeming to get weaker. This eventually led me to believe this had something to do with either the FAE that was lacking in the freezer cooler &/or the fact it was multi spore.
I will note that for my first grow I was using an unmodified tote and following Gordo(s)Tek.
This Grow: For this next one I'm doing an isolated PE grow and following good ol' Franks Bulk tek. I'm at 4 days after grain 2 substrate mixing and the tote has been sitting in the freezer cooler at 76f with all of the holes still duct taped.
Here is a picture of the tote and the inside of the freezer cooler for reference:

Questions:
1.) Do you think that it's ok to go ahead and fruit the mushrooms in this cooler once the substrate is 100% colonized? I'm religious about checking in on them so during my last grow I was convincing myself that just the act of opening the cooler to check on them was delivering enough FAE (as well as the misting after the first flush). Wondering what your alls take on this is.
2.) For anyone reading who has grown bulk PE, do you have any tips for success? From what I've been reading it's just like growing any other cube... but I've been reading about BLOBS recently and its inspired me to get on here and start asking questions!. So, lol what the hell is a blob?

PNW
bruh
you should be hunting mushrooms dude
You're literally in mush paradise why even grow cubes?
I scanned your post real quick, long story short you're doing cubes and it's cold
fucking space heater that shit man, cubes grow like weeds
Forget the freezer, mushrooms need a lot of Fresh Air Exchange
Pick one of the teks, fruit it in room with a simple space heater, Done
and if you're really serious about potency, hunt them sprint time psilocybe ovoids: Mushroom Hunting and Identification

Do not use the cooler. Just put the mono on a shelf in a room that's a livable temp for you.
-------------------- But if you're in a hurry, and really got to go If you're in a hurry, might have to find out slow That it's one thing to try and another to fly You get there quicker just a step at a time It's one thing to bark, another to bite The show ain't over till you pack up at night
