some fugly fungi ...

I'm trying to dial a green-house type of set-up in and am wondering if I could get a bit of advice.
Currently I have a greenhouse set up with as vicks ultrasonic humidifier set 24/7 / several tiny internal fans on 24/7 and a 75cfm duct fan filtered through polyester felt that provides a FAE stream that kick in for 30 minutes on off every hour. the humidity rises to 99% and then drops to around 85% every hour.
Previously I had tried various timing setups that held humidity, but I believe didn't provide nearly enough FAE. The myc had yellowed, shrunk and what I think was trich moved in on the majority of the tubs. I tossed them at first site of this.
With this current set up, things get uniformly misted and then almost, but not dried every hour cycle. Not sure, but once I switched to this setup a ton of pins came out as maybe a result of this. There is quite a lot of air blowing around though which sets up some of my question.
#1 wondering why the cap split + the sort of hairy layered look on some of them shown? accelerated growth? contams? or to much wind from the internal fans?
#2 I think that grew spot with the arrow is trich - or cobweb?, thoughts?
though I have had some successful grows in the past, this is the first unconventional style greenhouse so I'm sort of learning (and failing!) as I go, thanks.

Way to much moisture for proper fruit development.

Your set up looks really wet and possibly bacterial. Just get youself some shoeboxes/tubs Cubes do really well in them and it cant really get much easier. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24038695

You donβt need to over complicate things tbh, thereβs teks like This one that basically you do nothing apart from help them on their way.
Any reason why you were opting for a greenhouse grow? I take it they are cubes your trying?

Thanks for the response Smoothcat, also Zifozonke + sockadin.
I guess my preference towards a greenhouse was the ability to control the RH and FAE and and eventually not have to bother as much with daily maintenance + misting etc. Years ago I had success with a Martha-ish setup. I still had most of the equipment ultrasonic etc.
After catching up on the posts more extensively from the last few years it seems that simpler methods are more common, and the yields are similar? Guess I have to figure out the wrong way for myself sometimes I have some "Bod style" shoe-boxes and "Pastywhite" style bottles colonizing at the moment and will be probably comparing the results and potentially ditching the greenhouse. Should be noted that a lot has happened in the last few years as I was still using RR technique of colonized spawn with a sterilized Peat+Verm casing on top - this may have been why what I think was trich appeared, on that note should I toss the current grow immediately, since that grey fuzz could be trich or another contam?
thanks

Isn't it interesting how we are just here to help them on their way, and they are here to help us on ours?
To the OP, growing mushrooms is like learning to drive a car, some people will get in to the car and it just makes sense, Others love to tinker with the car sometimes making it Immoblie (my self included) If you just want to grow again, stick with the basic teks Bodhisatta has pretty much rewritten the mushroom cultivation bible and improved so much of what was thought to be the way we should do things. No disrespect to RR, but as we evolve so does all of our understanding of process improvement and time vs effort.
I think if you stop and ask your self ," What do I want to achieve?" Do you want to grow some mushrooms to trip balls on and share with your friends, or Do you want to create the next greate tek? You will be more aligned with the outcome. I guess what I am asking is what is your end result for cultivation?
And I would totally dry those out and eat them....

Haha, I'm definitely a "tinker with the car" personality
My motivation includes sharing the end result with my friends and self - but I guess I have a motivation to discover if I can create an ideal environment for the mush to thrive in ( as do many people here do I realize ) though my default tends to be more based upon trying different approaches rather than following the most simple recipe.
It's really pretty awesome to see all the diverse techniques people employ. I must have spent literally days checking out all the threads here - once I think I have my bearings, new info pops up to consider. I thought this was pretty eye opening, showing that a great result could happen out in the open - that's maybe why I was attempting to create a system with a ton of fans + FAE. guess I probably over did it on the water though. My plan moving forward is to use the common techniques ( I have some shoeboxes + bottles colonizing now) but also probably tinker around a bit more to see if I can stumble upon "the next great tek" as you mentioned
cheers!

Yeah! The split one really looks like it's been out for a long night of drinking. .. maybe I'll wait for the next batch before eating em.

Shoebox and monos are as low maintenance as you could possibly get a grow to be, mix it up then wait for mushrooms.
Iβm actually gonna try to make something similar to what you have going on soon but for pans.
