Agar, Petri Dishes, BRF, Multi Spore, 4 year old MS to LC to BRF

Ok so, where to start.
I have few questions about agar and dishes, growing woodlovers (specifically psylocibe bohemica var. serbica) and hopefully write some tek in future about my way of doing stuff, because some stuff i do differently then i see here.
I am noob just starting to grow shrooms, again. I was growing shrooms on BRF few years ago, read a bunch of stuff here. But I still consider myself a big noob.
So im starting again and this is my setup for now. I have a growing tent (180 x 80 x 80 mm) that i keep clean in a room that is used ocasionaly for sleeping. I was thinking to setup a ventilation system trough the tent with a filter on intake or just keep passive airflow through the tent (with polyfil on vent holes) and have some vent in the tent for airflow. I am using this tent now for keeping my jars, agar plates and two monotubs.

For light, occasionaly when I am checking things out or updating my tent, im using old 300 W Viparspectra growing LED light with full spectrum. Will this light be too much for fruiting in monotubs down on the lowest shelf and colonisation of jars (the light is up and tilted in the wall so it is not directly pointing at my jars). Also, will my light contaminate my tent too much because of vents for cooling, or can i benefit from 1.) Heat from light, 2.) Keeping airflow in tent

I started with my old MS syringe that i did a long time ago, 3-4 years. Had it in my fridge. I made 3 jars for my LC with water and homemade Honey. I make lids for LC jars out of original lids of the jars that i used (pickles etc.) Punch 2 holes through the lid, put some Silicone resistant to high temp and put metal rings to keep everything in place. PC the jars with water and honey, wait to cool and inoculate. I've got 1 Jar that was and 2 went bad, because I forgot on them for another 3-4 months after i noc them up. So I got my old growing tent set up and noc some BRF jars with that 1 good LC jar and got 100% success with 8 cca 350ml jars and 3 cca 200 ml jars.

Now I made 6 more LC jars with original LC. And noc up with that original LC 2 test jars with Rye Grain.
I want to start agar now, but I have some questions and misunderstandings and hope to see some answers.
1.) I don't have malt extract but i have rice malt sirup and similar. Does it has to be dry and can I make agar just from Agar agar + BRF/Malt Sirup/Honey ?
2.) I bought glass petri plates in hopes of sterilising them with PC, after pouring or before ? Im trying to figure this out...
3.) If I don't have parafilm, is there any alternative (micropore...)?
This are the glass dishes:

This are plastic ones i did with BRF agar (Agar agar + BRF):

Thanks to everyone in advance. EDIT: Stuff about p. serbica will come in time, I pick them every year in the woods, so I was hoping if I can save myc and spread it in the woods.

Here are 5-6 year old photos when I first found p. bohemica var. serbica in the wild.

So, I made 5 new Agar plates inoculated with old LC ... First time making agar so I'm learning.
I PC-ed my already mixed Agar (Agar Agar + BRF) that I made few days ago and colored it blue (5 drops of blue, 2 drops of red), I cleaned my Glass Petri dishes with soup and bleach, and then with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol. Put them in my Glowe Box. Then I poured my glass petri dishes, wait to cool, and inoculate plates with 4-5 drops of LC and sealed it with Hydrofilm.

The glass Petri dishes are realy "slipery", so I tape a little of micropore tape on the bottom so thay stay in place.

Still looking for answers on some of my questions from first post xD Also I'm wondering lately, could i make "flow box" by attaching my vacum cleaner to my Glove box and making intake hole with some kind of filter (activated carbon + polyfil), hmmm ....
By the way, bought this glass petri dishes in store with hospital equipement for 1.5 € - 2 €

I just put my Petris in fresh ziplocks and haven’t had a problem yet.

I have never owned parafilm. Micropore take works just fine for me.

You pressure cook your glass plates to sterilize them. You prepare agar separately and sterilize it. Any mycology work should be done in a SAB with sterile procedure. Saran Wrap can be used with great results to wrap Petri dishes. There are threads on LC with recipes. There are comprehensive guides to help you. Look up bods methods and links, and read everything.

Thanks for your quick help m8, but I already did know this stuff you told me (and still doing, reading)
Why are you telling me sab ia better than Glowbox? I have both of them and using both of them depending what im working at the moment.

With glass petris, you have 2 options. You could sterilize the empty dishes, sterilize the agar, then pour them in a sab. Or don't sterilize them, pour them on the kitchen counter, then sterilize the dishes and agar together at the same time.

I think you mean glovebox.
Are you sure you are reading, cause the reason for an SAB and not a glovebox is talked about all over. Straight from bod's guide:
Quote:
WHY IT WORKS
You CANNOT sterilize the inside of a SAB Sanitizers are not Sterilizers and Sanitary is not sufficiently contamination free to do STERILE work. thus you have to work with physics rather than your chemicals you do not want air movement, it's a STILL AIR BOX this is why glove boxes are a no-no in this hobby glove boxes with attached gloves create air currents, you don't want to stir up non sterile air, you want to avoid having the contamination end up in your work in the first place

Sry for spelling, I was on a bus on my way to home, yeah I reminded my self, oh yeah, I can't sterilise inside of a GloveBox, but ... i had success with my sterile routine and GloveBox with lc, grain, brf, popcorn ... will see how this round of agar without flame sterilising goes out.. Next time i will go for SAB.. Also, I did this GloveBox based on my knowledge from years ago .. and yes, I did read over the forum about SAB and GB and only logical reason I found is about FLAME sterilising, I don't find logic about moving air Maybe I didn't read enough, well, I got very little time to actually not miss anything in years and years of different teks over this community. If you prepair your whole room, clean it, wait for air movement to stabilise, clean your GloveBox and close it.. How can this be worse (talking now just about air movement) then having box with two holes and you are moving your hands in and out, making the volume of the SAB smaller and bigger, and making the SAB "breathe" air from environment.

as i understand it, the gloves create air currents which move contaminants around. you cant sterilize a room or a sab or a glove box. the goal is to get still air for less particle and containment movement. a sab accomplishes this.
