Body load - is that what I experienced?

I'm new to all this and don't have anyone around me that I can ask about this sort of topic. So, I'm asking you.
At the 6.5hrs mark of my last trip I began feeling bloated, upset stomach, heart burn, burping, some nausea. No diarrhea or vomiting, in case you're wondering. At about the 7hrs mark, I started experiencing cold and hot flashes as well as the feeling that I needed to control my breathing almost as if I were out of breath, maybe similar to an anxiety attack. So for about 30 minutes I felt the need to inhale & exhale deeply in a very controlled and deliberate manner, like one would in breathing exercises. Then it would be followed by periods of feeling normal and then I'd go back into feeling I needed to control my breathing again.
Is all or part of that body load or something else entirely?
I've read several posts on the topic as well as searched some other sites. It sounds like maybe it was. I just want to get some more opinions. A lot happened on that trip because it was so long and there's aspects I'm still trying to understand. Total trip time was about 8.5 or 9hrs.

The term body load is just a description of some weird things that might happen to your body. Serotonin receptors are all over inside our body, especially in out gut.
It's not uncommon to feel bloated, or nauseous, or uncomfortable overall. Mushrooms are hard to digest, the chitin cellwalls are totally unable to be digested by our stomache at all. Let it happen and don't worry, it will fade soon.

If that was pure mushrooms they don't last more than 6 hrs even with a single high dose.
But no, body load is the weird sort of feelings you get early on. Like being unable to move...hence body...load...

What to do about the bloating gasiness and upset stomach associated with shrooms. My girl will not do them due to the physical discomforts.
Maybe that's a sign...🤔🤔

I consumed the mushrooms over a period of 2.5 hours. 1 to 2 mushrooms about every half hour. It was nothing, but mushrooms.

Yeah, I ate before the trip. I've been reading that's a problem.

I'm willing to experiment and see if anything works better. This was my largest dose by far. I'm guessing about 1.5 to 2g.

Just make tea, strain out the spent shrooms, take it after not eating for a few hours, all at once.
Raw mushrooms seem to have the effects you describe on a lot of people.
