BRF cake question

Is it possible to eat a fully colonized cake. i have been on a web page that said it was a good meal for 2 people but im not try to get poisoned from vermiculite or some other stuff... no contams, fully colonized, can i eat it and trip???????

why would you do that before you grow shrooms of em. let them finish flushing almost completely and then indulge (unless they are all icky cause they are spent and make sure absolutely NO CONTAMS)

be safe, its your choice to actually eat them but just know the concequences
