Alternative to mushroom grow bags from the supermarket or local shop

I’m in Switzerland so no amazon or eBay unfortunately and novelty items such as grow bags are most likely hard to find and very expensive. Is there alternatives that are possible to buy at the supermarket or something? Are sous vide bags appropriate?

Could you not do jars then spawn to ziploc or something?

I had to google what sous vide bags even were, and it looks like they are basically a tougher ziploc bag. I can't seem to find if they will survive a PC, but I'd guess not?
You could spawn to them though if you don't need to PC them.

Buy wide mouth mason jars and wide mouth synthetic filter discs and you'll be able to re-use them again and again.
I buy my mason jars from a seller on eBay in my country.

I would invest in more kit but I’m in a small apartment and I’m not going to be living in Switzerland permanently so I’ll have to get rid of jars, pressure cooker, etc when I leave so I’m trying to find cheap common alternatives. I might be wrong but I think quart sized jars are an American thing. I haven’t seen them around. Maybe I’ll just have to wait until I go over to the UK where I could get some delivered off Amazon. Amazon (Germany) might be an option but my experience is a lot of sellers don’t do delivery to Switzerland... I’m new to growing but I’d like to try supplemented substrates but for now maybe I’ll just stick with pasteurised straw and sawdust.

Buy pre-sterilised grain bags from one of the European suppliers and inoculate them with a spore syringe or liquid culture syringe.
