Storage of Colonized Quart Jar WBS duration in Refrigerator or room?

So, will be working a bunch over overtime at work making great money. I leave home and then return home 14 hours later. So not much time to do anything else beside eat shower and rest. Also, single so no one to help me.
I wanted to do a g2g with a jar I set aside after I used 7 other jars for spawn into my monotub.
I had hoped to do it last week, but the over time presented itself and I being greedy and hating debt snatched it up.
So it has been 10 days since I spawned to bulk, tubs are coming along great.
The fully colonized jar of wbs still sits on my table, in my "room"
Won't be able to mess with it for at least 7 more days.
Is it ok to leave it in the room and at room temperature or should I put it on the refrigerator?
Second part of question, I had 9 jars used 7 in the bulk monotub, 1 jar for g2g and then I had one jar that wasn't quite as colonized as other jars. So at its state, when Iv used the other jars I decided to shake the slower jar and see what would happen, if I had lost it to contamination anyway.
But to my delight, it seemed to respond well and fully colonized quickly.
Would it be alright to store that 2nd jar long term in the refrigerator in a large ziplock bag?
That way I can go like 3 generations off the first jar. And then start a new grow with the second jar?
Thank you
TL;DR
What is the maximum amount of time I can store quart jars of wbs and should they be in refrigerator and in a ziplock bag? Cheers >>>--Zen--->

I always do a bulk batch of jars and then put what I don't use in the fridge. I find shaking them before putting them in the fridge is better than trying to shake the cold grain apart.
I have stored my jars of grain in the fridge for months. I make sure that I put a layer of foil around them though to reduce spills and contaminates from the fridge sneaking in.
Also, if you can find bags of wheat grain where you buy your wild bird seed then buy that instead. It's easier to shake up colonised jars of wheat than it is jars of colonised wild bird seed. You won't have to spend a bunch of time skimming off the floating sunflower seeds or hulls either.
