Can a single syringe create many different outcomes if they are mixed and matched?

I am doing this more for learning mushroom propagation and was curious about how the spores work. I started with a single syringe Spore master Prime. From that 5 cakes were produced. One did not take. The 4 remaining cakes 2 produced under less than optimal conditions. I found a spore print in a vial I had from the ones I took off the cap. This sample J2(J1 stalled) J3 also produced a cap that I soaked in distilled water. Then I created a J4(J2/J3) The two stalled cakes(15 days) were resoaked and came back like a bat out of hell producing some great samples.(Prints, cap in DW, Agar clear core sample) Those are J5/J6 Each sample got isolated by the cake then mixed on agar in ever increasing combinations. My question is that from that original syringe will I end up with a bunch of different samples that will be different enough to change the outcome? I have 7 combinations 4 singles 3 mixes(3,4,5samples) 9 jars, 9 plates. I call them Cakey Joe, Gary, Bob, Jungle J I Jungle J II and Sporticus(All samples mixed). I am logging the results rating the caps, stems, yields and potency. Do any of you experts have a good method for Mendalizing them? I am not going to be buying anymore retail stuff because, my understanding of the process has increased. I do not know how to introduce more diversity beyond using samples that show good traits. This was from my second round, the first round was all Agar plates, 2 prints, 2 soaks and 2 jars.

Yes, multi-spore is a genetic gamble.
You'll end up with different flushes with different levels of potency/sizes as sub-strains fight to fruit.
I recommend taking one mushroom from each flush and ziplock to later biopsy to agar.
Even a clone will produce some sub-strains. See Stro's Cleaning and Isolating with Agar

Thank you, That is what I have been doing taking cap and stem samples off each cake. Also a couple of prints. 4 cakes 9 samples. I am tracking the different variables like health, size and potency. I am only using the fat juicy ones for my dishes. I am not sure my syringe was MS. I am comfortable enough not buying another syringe and hope that I can play mushroom genetic bingo. Maybe in time I can find some more prints.

All syringes are multi-spore, unless they’re no-spore.

Well then it would be multispore . There is nothing saying anything about MS on the vendor I got it from. I am not sure how they source it or how that process works.
