So on my first B+ transfers, whenever I dropped the little piece, it wasn't in the center, so I had moved it towards the center with my blade while doing the transfer. There are some white spots in that place where it originally feel and moved it. Is that probably just mycelium and spore from when I dropped it there. Or could be something different that I need to be concerned about?

Most likely myc. I have that happen a lot when trying to get a wedge off the blade. Sometimes it drags a little instead of pulling off right away and I’ll get a couple little colonies going next to the final spot it came off.

Yup most likely mycelium if it's where the wedge first landed.

Well that's what I'm saying, if it's supposed to be around 3 days minimum enough for a transfer, my first transfer has barely started anything... I did it on Wednesday.
Also, those places where I originally dropped the wedge seem to have faster light growth around them, but maybe because they're so small and supposed to be expected...? Or should I be transferring that? I did these on Wednesday, nothing has seem to significantly spread fast in 3 days except the little colonies where I originally dropped it. This is all the growth I only have after doing this earlier this week Wednesday, I don’t see how I could be taking transfers every 3 days. Should I just forget this B+ all together?

Three days is super quick.
Just let them grow and see what they do

Okay, because I thought you have to get to T3 ASAP, that's when then the growth usually clears up, and you were saying 3 days is enough to transfer. I son't even see any growth to transfer from this and it's been 3 days.

It can be depending on the plate and culture, and once you’ve done a bunch you’ll know what you’re looking for but right now I’d let them grow out just to learn how they change.
You could take a tiny transfer from the very edge where it looks like there’s nothing on the agar if you really want to. There’s plenty of myc you just can’t see.

Patience. You can potentially see good growth from each place you touched with the agar during transfer because microscopic bits of mycelium can be left behind which can take hold. Since there is less volume this growth will come in as you described and be lagging behind the main transfer point.
Assuming the points are fairly close together on the plate, they will intermesh in the mycelial network soon enough as the growth expands.
If there is no contamination, the only problem with your growth off to the side is that it will reach the edge close to it more quickly since it doesn't have as far to go.

So here are some pictures as of today. I wonder if I should take my second transfer from the other two colonies, they seem to have a faster rate of mycelium on the outside than the original transfer in the middle. Or should I stick to what I transferred originally? Also, the other pictures are a piece of grain from my millet jars that never recovered and spawned in the shoebox. That one is giving me the most promising growth, you can see the whole thing is rhizo. I don’t know whether to do a transfer on that one or just let that totally grow out. It seems to be pretty healthy, I don’t know why my shoebox never made it. I wonder if I took that piece of grain out of the agar and put it to a jar would it colonize the whole jar from the little piece of grain like it is now rhizo? The growth was never like that in the jar.

It might, but it would take forever with that amount
Wait a while
Dont let plates grow out completely, you want to transfer before it hits the edges

Some good growth there.
Since you’ve got limited plates you could definitely put two transfers in there if you moved them a little off center. Then when you’re confident it’s clean drop it in the middle of a new one and grow that out.

Do you mean I should do two transfer per plate from now on? Or you mean I can go back and drop another transfer in there?

Right, so you wouldn't transfer anything from the other colonies even though growth seems faster because it's already too close to the edge?

None of the pics you've posted are close to the edge yet. Close is fine, but you dont want them to touch it

I’m just saying for next time. It doesn’t really matter just a way to get more done with limited plates. I never did more than one at a time until I had been doing it a while and just wanted to get transfers done ASAP.
You can even put a wedge on one side then when it grows some take a wedge from it and put it on the other side of the same plate. I started doing that for T1-t2 on the same plate then 3 on its own to grow out.
You’ll figure out your own methods as you go.

That's a good idea!!! I'm waiting for the rest of mine to cool down, but in the meantime I can go ahead and do a second transfer to the opposite side of the same plate. What do you recommend I try transferring?

I was going to let that plate grow out a lot more to see what it looks like or or I could create a master grain jar with that once it gets a little bigger correct? I could cut the whole thing out in one or two big pieces to use for a jar right?
I was more focused on my other ones what I could transfer to start T2. Where do you see?

Anything on the outer edges of the other one? Outer edges of the other colonies where I originally placed it? That would still be a T2 wouldn't it?

I'd let all those grow out more before taking any transfers
Transfers from your spore plate would be t1, not t2. You don't count the germination plate, since it isnt a transfer.
