Whats y'all experience with these? Any types/grains you recommend? Ever used the PF Type grow bags?

No it is. The OP used a pre-made grain bag for that grow. Sounds appealing to me.

My bad, I see that now.
Are you talking making pre-made bags to sell online? I think that's a great idea since most here seem to think that what's out there now isn't prepped properly. That says there is a demand for it and since you could likely improve on the quality of what's out there, I think it'd be worth a shot.

Junk as in it couldn't be done properly by someone that knows what they're doing and cared enough to do it right?

Curious on that too. Is it junk because they are poorly processed? Or is homemade always better?

Just my opinion here.... and I’m a newbie so take what I say with a grain of salt.
The all in one bag was a great teacher for me. It helped me understand the process of the ingredients needed to grow a beautiful mushroom. It was essentially a visual prop to go along with all the reading I was doing to try to understand the always mysterious mushrooms (that was my view of them before i started to research them and actually watch to process unfold).
All that being said, I see why people move on from them quickly. Within a week after inoculating my first grow bag, I inoculated some individual sterilized rye grain bags for my first attempt at a monotub.
Another thing I’m doing with the all in one grow bags is growing different types of P. Cub. I bought 4 of the all in one grow bags and inoculated with 4 different types types of P. Cub. Just to compare and contrast the difference in how they grow etc. just a fun hobby for me to be honest. I’ve enjoyed the learning process.... and, for the beginner like me, I think it decreases the chance of contamination if done correctly. So far I’ve had good luck.

Even properly made by someone who cares they still have to get shipped.
Even industry spawn suppliers selling grain that's already colonized give you free replacement on bad because they know the inherent risk and failure rate.

So during the shipment, they could pick up something if not sealed properly?

There is the shipping and handling process, which means temperature swings. You can get a perfectly sterilized grow bag that looses it's moisture content and the, bam. Bad if not poor results. There also is no FDA for premade grow bags so most of the market is full of people cutting costs and corner trying to make a buck. Imagine how many growbags you would have to produce even with the largest PC it's still HR's vs Lbs=$... You would be better off having a shroomery member send you a growbag than purchasing one. Plus you have clout, I'm sure someone can hook you up.

Either way it’s going to be more expensive and give you less peace of mind than if you just made your own bags.
If you fuck up a ton of spawn, your culture, and waste your time, wouldn’t you rather it be your fault than someone elses?

Honestly, id rather it be someone else. But understanding the process of processing grain by hand is an important skill to have.
