How to prepare substrate for King Oyster with no mushroom bags and no flow hood

I have my first grain spawn almost ready for transfer, problem is I have a relatively small pressure cooker, no mushroom grow bags and no flow hood. I don’t know where I can pick up the grow bags where I’m currently living (Switzerland). I’m wondering if it’s possible to pressure sterilise some saw dust and coffee, then transfer to a bucket or something along those lines (not sure if kings can be grown in buckets as blues are done?). I’m pretty sure shoveling sterilised sawdust into a bucket with no protection from contams is a bit pointless to some degree.
I’ve seen the pasteurisation method done for blue oysters which proved to be successful but they fruit out the sides of the buckets and from what I’ve seen, Kings fruit from the top.
This is my first attempt at fruiting so I’m still learning...

You can order the grow bags online. I use ebay, but you can check out amazon or one of the sponsors as well.
You can fruit your kings from quart jars. A lot of large scale farms do this because jars can be automated. A bucket may work, but keep in mind kings like to fruit from the top of the substrate. Maybe a 2 o 3 gal bucket would be best?

Yeah don't bother open air spawning to any substrate with coffee in it, you're just asking for failure. Just leave out the coffee and you can grow kings fine in buckets or jars or whatever.
If I was doing buckets, whatever size, I'd just fill them halfway full and use a casing later, fruit them inside the bucket, then you don't even need a fruiting chamber.
Kings DO prefer supplementation, like a lot, but you're taking a risk if you supplement and spawn in open air. If you're gonna try that, use bran instead of coffee and don't use too much. Kings are aggressive and it CAN work, but I still don't recommend it.
