Given the exponential curve, the large majority probably still is asymptomatic.
VS
"Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, told reporters that spread of the virus when people don't have symptoms is rare.
"In all the history of respiratory-borne viruses of any type, asymptomatic transmission has never been the driver of outbreaks," Fauci said in Washington. "The driver of outbreaks is always a symptomatic person.""

So who I do believe I guy who talks to invisible spirit guides, or a doctor?
cbc.ca: "But how many people lack symptoms or aren't sick enough to seek medical care isn't known, so the full picture of the illness, such as the extent of mild cases, isn't yet clear."
I believe in the actual data posted above, The actual is higher than the predicted. Its better to be on the safe side than not. Same goes interms of std or reckless nutin in an unprotected sex.
Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the director-general of the World Health Organization, met Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing on Tuesday to share information on the outbreak.
"In all the history of respiratory-borne viruses of any type, asymptomatic transmission has never been the driver of outbreaks," Fauci said in Washington. "The driver of outbreaks is always a symptomatic person."

The growth rate seems to be losing some of its exponential qualities. I think the efforts to contain the virus are bearing fruit, and the fact that people in China are essentially quarantining themselves from society is obviously going to slow the spread of a virus like this.

Unusual numbers of crows and mosquitos are being seen in and around Wuhan.
People suggest they are being drawn by the smell of death starting to eminate from the city

I don’t think people are rotting in the streets.
People probably just notice the crows because the streets aren’t crowded with cars and pedestrians.
Mosquitos have no interest in dead bodies.

Lots of buildings aren't built traditionally anymore, whatever that is. Particularly in places like China they do a lot of construction that isn't dissimilar to Legos. It all just fits together, it's the plumbing and electrical that takes time. They're actually well known for their minimal and fast construction and it's how they have entire uninhabited cities.

Yeah, I saw this morning where they're closer to military style building with the Lego lock-in containers. Still a feat.

Quote:
The present invention belongs to the field of genetic engineering, particularly relates to adenoviral vector SARS vaccines, their preparation and coronavirus S genes in SARS (SARS) on vaccines for the prophylaxis. By means of biological engineering, the coronavirus S gene in combination with deficient recombinant adenovirus, the protective immunogen protein or polypeptide expressed therein, through expansion culture, purification, and formulation to prepare a mucosal immunogenicity can cause the gene vaccine, respiratory mucosal immune response induced by the body to produce antibodies against the virus infection. Specific conditions of the present invention, compared with conventional inactivated virus particle vaccine, safe, easy to use, without limitation intramuscular, have broad clinical applications.

Immunization with SARS Coronavirus Vaccines Leads to Pulmonary Immunopathology on Challenge with the SARS Virus
Quote:
As indicated, strong animal model evidence indicates expression of the N protein by SARS-CoV vector vaccines can induce sensitization leading to a Th2–type immunopathology with infection.
