Uncut Gems - 9/10. Stressful as hell but one of those you cant quit thinking about days after watching. Sandler is getting better and better!

I got fucked on this one boys. Watching the pilot and this series has 21 minutes not to be thrown in the garbage probably less

Definitely a series where each season is different but somewhat related, and they're all good. Has the consistency, where True Detective fell right off after season one.
You know what, I may finally start this. I might watch this next. I've heard good things -- just never got around to starting it.

I just finished the most recent season of Goliath with him last night. Man that is such a fun series. I've had a blast with it...especially season 3. Wow that was a blast. I'm bummed that I'm all caught up now. Only one season left too because season 4, whenever they release it, will be the final season

Wish I could recommend something but I don't have any good comedic recommendations, pretty much most of the stuff on my watchlist are crime dramas like Narcos, Better Call Saul, Goliath, Yellowstone, etc.

Absolutely, dude. It's every bit as good. Every season has been a 10/10 to me. From the 3 seasons on Colombia to the last two on the early Mexico cartels -- they have all been just phenomenal. And you get to see a young El Chapo rise through the ranks too (eventually he'll take over obviously but so far through the two Mexico seasons he's just earning his stripes).

FLCL, dont bother unless you watch anime regular, it uses common anime tropes as joke. If you watch anime and missed this one somehow,. it is required viewing, only 6 episodes, may take a few watches to really understand what it's about. It is definitely in my top 5 and widely regarded amongst critics and fans.

flcl is one of my favorites. They did two more seasons somewhat recently. Worth a watch, but the original is best.

I finished watching Sons of Anarchy last night and it was pretty good. Season 5 and 6 were a little touch and go for me but the final season was superb. A lot of cool scenes and the acting was phenomenal. Seriously some peak acting kind of stuff. It might have been one of the best final seasons of a show I've seen. Which is nice to say after like 60-70 hours of my life spent watching it. I'd give it a 7.5/10 overall but it has some really high highs I felt like. It was funny, and honest, with really awesome acting. And Wendy is hot.

Coming down off a really nice 6 g trip, I watched There Are No Fakes.
10/10. I mean.
Part of it was coming down but it's also just an insane TRUE Canadian soap opera involving a member of the Barenaked Ladies, art fraud, cultural appropriation, drugs, and sexual assault?
You have to watch it to believe.
Also, 90% of the people in it have really unique and intense looks to them. This documentary proves that the truth is so much weirder than anything we come up with in fiction.

Absentia - 9/10 (Amazon Series) Fbi agent goes missing for 6 years and comes back. Twists and turns galore. A few loop holes but definitely worth the watch
Kettering Incident - 9/10 (AmazonPrime Series) Would be an 8 but having lived in Aussie, the accents are priceless for me. Abductions, conspiracies, and possibly aliens.
Goliath - 10/10 (Hulu Series) Really great series where Billy Bob Thorton plays a washed up lawyer taking on the big corporations as they scheme. Captivating
Hannibal - 10/10 (Netflix Series) Couldn't stop watching. Fascinating take on the Hannibal Lector movies, with excellent casting and interesting psychological manipulation. One of the better series endings. Definitely recommend
Wild Wild West - 10/10 (Netflix Mini Documentary) Showcases the Rajneesh Commune out of Antelope Oregon. Shows what a wonderful and amazing things a commune can accomplish, and how it can all be ruined by people with other agendas or motives. This is a must see in my book.
The Great - 10/10 ( Hulu series) Russian aristocracy with absolutely hilarious dialogue. Not shy about it. Started it on shrooms and was rolling with laughter! Great casting and lots of quotable lines.
The 100 - 7/10 (Netflix) The first two- three seasons are pretty bad with the child actors, but if you push through that, it gets a lot better atleast for me. Lots of survival situations, pasts and presents colliding, sci fi meets game of thrones, and if you make it to the last season, its pretty wild. Gotta push through though. Its a future series where space colonies try to return to earth after nuclear annihilation.

Hmm maybe I should finish watching it. I've gotten to the season where they go to the new planet so like the 6th. Kind of lost interest then.
