Mixing clones
    #26457123 - 01/28/20 03:52 PM (4 years, 19 days ago)

Does anybody know how well mixing clones works?

Like say I had a clone that put out solid small clusters, and one that made sparse big fruits, and I mixed two quarts of each into a tub. Would it be like mixing varieties where it’s mostly one or the other with a few crosses?

I have a few PE clones taken from extremely different looking mushrooms so I’ve been wondering if I could get each pheno consistent and mix them what would happen.

not needed for the same species. forcing crosses usually doesn't make fruits just crossed mycelium but with the same species it can help stubborn strains and work but would be a last ditch effort
