Can anyone help me when deciding what part of these to transfer? On one of the plates I have two types of growth it seems.. thicker growth and then the thin transparent, which one should I transfer and what sector ?

Congratulations on clean-looking agar growth! Are these all growths from a single spore print or syringe?
One thing that looks a bit odd in the first plate is that the filamentous growth seems to avoid the other growths, like they aren't best buddies. Before I would commit it to a large medium (like a quart grain jar) I'd want to see it stain blue when nicked to convince me it's a psilocybe.
Also, what media do you have available for transfer? More plates? PF-Tek jars? Grain?
If those were my plates, I'd agar-transfer two small wedges (a few mm across) from the growing edges of each of the 3 growths you have on the left, and two more from the larger growth you have on the right. This assumes you have 8 or more plates ready to receive the wedges. If I were in a hurry to get PF-Tek or grain started, I'd drop larger wedges from the larger growth on the right-side plate into the larger media. That one looks like the densest growth.

Thanks for the reply, and yes I’m transferring to more agar dishes in hopes to isolate even and fast growing genetics. They are from a single spore print. What what I do find odd is that I never intended on that little transparent growth, I had originally just swiped the spores in the middle but maybe I thought a single stray spore fell off into that area? Or perhaps it’s some kind of contam and not mycelium at all..

Anytime you see a colony growing in place you didn't directly inoculate, avoid it.

So I made a transfer and I’m seeing very nice growth and sectoring, I only have one agar plate left So I was thinking I could transfer one more time and then transfer to grain. Only problem is I use pre made 5lb grain bags with the inoculation port. Is it possible to cut one open and put my agar pieces in there? I don’t have a pressure cooker

Those plates look like mold. Got a pic with light on the surface?

I ditched the transfers from the transparent growth, I have some nice clean mycelium growth on 2 plates but forgot to take a picture and at work rn, do you know if it’s possible to transfer agar to a opened grain bag and tape it back up?

I'd post that pic of your current plates (light on surface) before you take it to grain. I don't bag, but yes I've read that is an acceptable method using sab or fh.

There’s my best agar plate, I have two other that look very similar this one just seems to have the largest growth so far so I’m gonna stick with this one. How’s it looking?

Looks ok to me.
You could always steam a jar and make an lc with part of the plate, I think that’s pretty common with bags and would be much quicker.

I think I’m gonna transfer to agar one more time and then to grain, which sector should I go for? Also I have a bag grain that I inoculated a few weeks ago and no growth. I also inoculated another one at the same time and that ones showing growth, can I just drop my agar pieces into this bag ? Or is it possible already contaminated? No funny colors or anything, just a bag of grain with no noticeable growth

Not great pics but, awfully filamentous. I still say it's mold. I'd keep these plates to see what they do before using the transfers.
That bag with no growth is surely contaminated.

I would go for the thicker part about 10 o clock in the first pic, 12 in the second.
Yeah I wouldn’t reuse a bag that isn’t growing.
Idk about filamentous, looks like rhizo to me.

That backlit pic is misleading. There may be underlying target mycelium. Need better pics or more time to be sure.
