Does anyone sing during mushroom trips ?

I have mostly in the past gone for walks or hikes . Sometimes gone on rouge festivals or otherwise on mushrooms unless it's a very high dose for me
Last night I tried some mild psilohuasca mix and as typical with mush I became very intoverted and focused on my mental scape , which I feel is probably pretty normal for a lot of people when tripping by themselves maybe .
I then tried to mimic some chants from older mushroom Indian users like maria Sabrina and the entire trip changed from a intoverted one to a hyper extra sensory one , meaning I felt I was suddenly exoergenicly moving blockages or negative holds .
Was very interesting . I feel that mushrooms and ayahuasca may be strongly associated with vocalization in trip experience quality .
Has anyone ever tryed chanting or singing during the main duration of their trips ?

I think I would be far too self conscious, even if I was alone, to hear my own voice attempting to sing, lol...
Some type of chanting I would really like to try sometime, if I ever do trip again, or even without any drugs.

You might be a good guide. I cant barely chant/sing during a trip but I love the sound of chanting.

You should try the chanting . I found these maria Sabrina mushroom velada chants on you tube and when I found the introspective space too much I would play a few in series
What I found was they seemed to clear the space of the room .....or distract me lol , but in all seriousness it seems it was cleaning the room of bad vibrations if I can sound a little weird about it .
I've done that for a while now
But then i tried chanting along and wow .
My voice box seemed to harness a force . It was really neat .was kinda like I'd never heard my own voice that way before . I mean of course I have , but i kept thinking of the voice we as humans were born with , our unique cry and laughter and mumbling circa birth ....before hesitation and dictation and all formed our speaking we now all have .
That original baby babble is sorta what I was after , but I would choose particular phrases to chant .
Like a lot of ayahuasca shamans would use in Spanish , cure cure my body etc
I'm not even really sick or anything it was more from listening to other cultures chants but i would focus on my voice and my words and I would try not to stop speaking/singing/chanting for at least for a few minutes then I'd take a break and restart
I did this during the peak . I found it very interesting and then my family came home lol and i had to be quiet as they didn't know I was intoxicated like that .

I thought about that too . Like maybe in a couple of years .
Vice had this doc called the rise and rise of psycheldeocs and there was an English guide in London . He'd gone to Peru or somewhere and did aya and kambo and bufo, and came back and held sessions for like 40 or 50 people in a group warehouse .everyone on pillows or cots or blankets , whatever that they could find it looked like .
Dosed them and when they all peaked he kinda went through this "you need to let go of your past hurt " directing . People seemed to be helped by it
It seemed a little hokey like brainwashing (not in a bad form , more like positive reenforce directing ) a little but they all seemed to want to be there and most were thankful and grateful and also they weren't really taken advantage of it looked like so.
I am apart of a small half peyote half chanupa Native American church where we go into sweat lodge and sing mostly Lakota songs .
I think that's where most of all this come from. The intoxication plus singing are seeming to want to be hand in hand to me now . I'm no where close to being able to lead groups like the elder does .....but I could definitely see myself along with two other brothers I have there doing it in a couple years . And after that who knows . The mushroom is more personal . I find a lot of healing from it when used medicinally and with a good idea in mind but until recently I'd never tried chanting/singing with it during peaks outside of recreational use at concerts or festival s and all.

Most of my trips last year were spent singing and playing guitar. I'd drag out the old P.A. system from my band days, hook up a drum machine with some pre-recorded backing tracks for songs I play and have the best fuckin time doing it.
Sometimes it's just me and the guitar, sometimes playing along with the 16 trac recorder, sometimes a buddy plays any random thing he wants and I'll sing to it, and sometimes a couple young relatives join in. Either way, it's awesome and once the come up jitters pass, it feels sooooo good. It's like being at a concert but the sounds that are moving you are coming from inside.
I swear it open up the feels and focus and helps me preform better too

I’ve got to try this people; playing my guitar, or singing, while, tripping. I always get too carried away with the music !

In my early trips i always used to just white-knuckle it when things got intense - shallow breathing, trembling, or just whimpering 'oh god' haha. Basically lost at sea getting battered by the psychedelic winds.
Then i learned the value of embodying the energy that flows through you while you're tripping. Rhythmic movement and/or chanting really does give one a rudder to navigate through rough waters. It turns a lot of the heavy involuntary introspection into a kind of spiritual-muscle-building exercise.
I find it's helpful to already have a familiar chanting practice before doing it while tripping. If not, you could probably get away with enunciating long vowels like "aaaaaaaaaaa" or "oooooooooo". Or do "AUM" chanting like another poster suggested.
I like putting on a soundtrack in the background as an anchor, usually a drone or some kind (like didgeridoos or bells) then chanting variations in that key. I do buddhist chants which fit very well since they're already kind of trippy in and of themselves with a focus on seeing your own mind clearly.
Playing instruments while tripping sounds like something else. Gotta find me some tripping buddies one day and sing/jam the night away haha.

This is exactly it I think . That part you said about white-knuckling it , it's kinda like a psyche out . You re sitting there getting ready to lose your self and then humming or singing or playing music just focuses all of it and then you're kinda a part of the magic, maybe directing it vs it driving you. It feels like that to me at least , and it seems like you have to be aware of what you're doing with it , again at least for me .
Meaning some real nasty stuff comes to mind if I give up my thoughts too much . Some of these cultures have the concept of Arcanas or protective spirits or archetypes of the sort that they call into the dmt ayahuasca ceremonies .
Even in our sweats we call in spirits with the spirit calling song . But I think singing , playing music , chanting , mumbling , growling lol whatever , seems to be better than just sitting alone being idle watching visuals and letting all the hyperspace unfold or whatever it is .
