My favorite (and I know this will probably be an unpopular answer) was English class. I've always enjoyed writing, felt like I was decent at it, and also was pretty good grammar wise. English was the only class I could kinda breeze through.
When I was little I wanted to be a sports journalist.

ART! Plus my art teacher discovered my talent and I had a full scholarship ready for me in middle school. Unfortunately The stepdad I had at the time moved us to CO and I lost it all. Ms. Sylvestri was the teacher, and she dressed like Mrs. Roper on that TV show.

In college history In high school English
In high school I had this esoteric nerdy young black woman English teacher
The kids went ape in her class like she didn’t seem to give a fuck what we did but I listened to her carefully and she talked about death and existential angst as the most important theme throughout all of literature she probably didn’t even think anyone was listening but in fact what she taught me stays with me even today decades later
She was fucking brilliant and lucky af to get to hear those kind of lectures

Biological sciences.
Favorite teach was clearly Dr. B in a college course. Sounds corny but changed the course of my life in two semesters by getting me interested enough in science to pursue it as a career.

Thats a tough one.
In middle school, Id say Math or English. In high school, definitely Science, English and Auto Shop. In college, it was Chemistry, Psychology, Biology, Anthropology, Archeology, Trigonometry, Calculus, Philosophy, Art History, and Botany.
Damn i miss college. Even thou i failed a tom of classes, I still loved it. Wish i could go back but im still have these damn student loans to pay off.....
As for favorite teachers, I had a ton. Most of my favorites were lady teachers cause they were total babes and I was into totally smart babes.

Elementary school - Middle School: Art Class High School - Spanish Class
I had such a blast learning spanish and all of my teachers were awesome. I remember senior year they bused us up to NYC from Philly and basically let us loose for the day, we just had to meet back at this spanish restaurant for dinner. It didn't even feel like school when I was in spanish class.
I sucked bad when I first started it but I picked it up stupid fast and I remember being excited to start Spanish II because we were gonna learn how to speak in the past tense. I was such a nerd.

School lunches were...probably lacking quality (and that's putting it very nicely) but it was the only time all day you got a chance to sit down and eat actual hot food. So it was still something to look forward to for sure.
Anybody remember the square school cafeteria pizzas? Lol

When I studied Industrial Design we had this class called Re-basic Design. Here we were presented with some sort of weird challenge like a bowling ball rolling down some track and smashing an egg, which we then had to prevent from happening by only using spaghetti or some other weird shit.
That class was cool
In uni when I did Philosophy I really liked "Philosophy in Literature" as this basically entailed getting to read cool books and acting all intellectual and pretentious bout it. Our teacher was this awesome lady that used to be a nun.
Also went to other faculties and studied Buddhism and Hinduism. I love university. You can just start learning whatever. There really is something special about the academic world

English - cause my English teacher was this real tall, eccentric, wildly dressed lady who clearly smoked gangja and would occasionally allow the class to descend into debate over the legalisation thereof.
I liked her so much I joined the debate team for her for a short while.
Eventually though, I just stopped going to school, because it's fucking stupid.

I'm pretty sure the sex-ed teacher we were given had never had sex. It was GAF.

Thats funny as fuck. Virgin teaching Sex Ed. Thats too much
When i think about it, all my English teachers were hot babes and had a certain sensual aspect to them. They wore tight clothing, talked in a sensual sorta way, behaved more intimately than other teachers. Something about female English teachers....
Also had a thing for my Chemistry teacher in High School. Mrs. Brown. She was super nice too. I still remember when we had a one-on-one moment dissecting a piglets brain. How romantic

In middle school drafting we used the old t square and tilting table. Yeah, I'm old, lol. I actually dropped out in the tenth grade because middle and high school were an absolute nightmare of anxiety and fear for me. I immediately got my GED at 17yo though, best thing I ever did besides going back at 42yo to get an RN degree.
Speaking of school, I recently paid off my school loan!
