Jars to Box Ratio

I have 3ml of spores in a syringe.
The Tek i'm using (PF) says to use 1ml per jar, so I will have 3 jars worth.
I'm wondering what size SGFC I will need for only 3 jars. I don't want them to be over hydrated.
Any help would be appreciated.

A proper SGFC won't overhydrate any cake no matter the size. I'd just build one that accomodates whatever I plan to grow in the future, probably 6-8 cakes. Three will fruit nicely in a large one. IMHO it's easier to control the climate in a reasonably sized one than in a super tiny one. Dries out slower, easier to dial in.

3 ml can do way more than 3 jars
Instead of putting 1ml in each jar try putting 1 or 2 DROPS of spore solution in each hole.
Each drop should have pleanty of spores to germinate

I'm just going off what I read in the PF Tek. 0.25 ml per drilled hole (x4).
I did think about using more jars, however, the syringe itself doesn't look overly packed with spores (I assume that's what the black bits are), so I didn't want to stretch it too thin. Unless the spores are smaller than I can see and there will be more of them in the syringe than I think?

If there are any viable spores in your syringe at all then there is more than enough in there for each drop of solution.
Give it a good shake.
Many syringes dont even have visable spores floating around inside them and I would still bet on them having enough for each drop.
I personally like smaller SGFC. The cakes will help keep the humidity in a smaller chamber. My old SGFC fit 6 half pint cakes
Find out how many cakes make it to full colonization then go get yourself a tub that will fit them all nice and snug

When I did it a tiny squirt wasn't enough and did 3 squirts around the sides, the one with just a little squirt didn't colonise.

Give the syringe a good shake. If the syringe has been laying around for a while the spores will settle.
There are pleanty of spores to go around
