Lone mushroom, crater and sidepins (?)

I recently had a tub (my first ever) that went to trich heaven. At the same time, I had a small container as control environment. Now, the smaller container never got infected (no rapid growth on top, no green sporulation). Yesterday I noticed a blue/green (unclear) spot. I panicked, dabbed it with peroxide, and continued to dig a big crater around it. I then noticed that the crater, too, had turned blue/green. Now, Unsure if this is mold or not (no rapid growth at all, no smell), this is actually not what my post is about. Rather, I am wondering about the absurd amount of side pins.
Now I have never done mushrooms, let alone grown them, so I am a bit lost. Is there anything I can do to "focus" the myc on getting pins in the middle? Otherwise I will just relax and let the mycelium work, and see what happens with the discoloration. Are the white "blobs" I see potential hyphal knots?
Note the lone mushroom (although there is another wall-pin), my pride and joy.

I apologize the potato quality of the pictures. Zooming really didn't help.

I hate to be that guy, but if you truley have Trich, your whole cake is fucked. Remember that your lone mushroom is growing on a network of mycelium so the spot that has produced a mushroom is probably a response to contamination. Your mycelium is fruiting because of competition from another source for nutrients. I would let the mushroom's veil break and print it. I would also get started on Agar and clone that big guy, but as for the tub..... Time to toss it out

Yeah, perhaps I should clarify, the tub was taped up and the content buried - I already write about that tragedy over here
