I don't recall any democrats publicly saying they'd vote against it and then voting for it.
There's at least a half dozen republican senators that vote one way and say the exact polar opposite in public on this issue alone. All of them fold like cheap suits on something.

It's not the democrat's fault these are party line votes. One of the major political parties in the USA is composed of lying sacks of shit. You don't compromise with a liar, because they'll lie about compromising, they'll lie about what they compromised on, and then they'll lie so more. They weren't gonna follow the compromise anyway, you just gave away free shit. When some asshole tells me he's coming over for a quick beer and doesn't leave for a month, that asshole gets kicked out and never invited over again.

You're still missing the point, the impeachment has provided cover for the Dem's selling out and voting for most of Trump's initiatives. The MSM didn't cover that fact.

I agree with qman. True journalists rarely get hired to mainstream media channels. Journalists that veer from the establishment narrative, such as Ed Schultz, Cenk Uygur, and Phil Donahue, get fired.
