Is a small contamination in one mono a high risk to a separate healthy tub in the same room?

I searched but I can't find the answer.
I have one tub that's 3 days away from harvest. A small spot of green has developed and I assume it's trich.
Am I putting my healthy / colonizing tubs at risk by keeping it in the same fruiting room? Currently I have 3 tubs, 2 healthy, 1 small contamination. All under the same light.
I don't want to put the good clean spawns at risk. How likely is the spread of contams between tubs?

You'll be fine. I guess in a perfect world you could isolate it into another room. I've had contaminated tubs next to clean tubs for far too long and its been ok.

Dump the tub with the trich. Is there any reason to keep it?

You want him to grow out a tub of fruits cause of a green spot? Naw bud get them fruits. The whole point Is to grow mushrooms. One in the hand is better than 2 in the bush.

I wouldn’t want to keep a tub with trich that would likely spread. Isolate it at least. But to each it’s own I guess.

Isn’t trich a healthy supplement and a remedy for digestive issues?

“ Trichoderma harzianum Rifai Strain T-39 is a naturally occurring fungus that is used to protect crops from the harmful gray mold, Botrytis cinerea. The active ingredient is not expected to cause disease or adverse health effects to humans and is not likely to harm the environment.”

And this Https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/18539585#18539585
Also, how to know if it’s not penicillum? Or another green mold? Pics would help.

Also, in the next paragraph of the document you cited, (Section II) states that: "products containing this active ingredient must not be used on... barley, chickpea, corn ... MUSHROOMS, oats, ... rice, ... and wheat until the registrant provides more information."
And I'd assume we are growing mushrooms here. (Besides the other likely grains listed the OP may have used for spawn)

Never heard this before. Interested to hear where you have?

Well it’s from the EPA website, so the context is off. It’s more about how businesses use it. Dried trich is dried trich. But that’s just from a 2-minute google search. Initially, I remember reading a TC post saying trich is good for digestion.
Someone more knowledgeable should chime in right about now...

Yeah, would be great to know since there are so many differing opinions from past threads.
I'd at least isolate from the others since it seems to spread through air rather easily, and then fruits from that tub, probably ok if the ingester has no immune compromising issues...?

Growing in a closet during winter and I've lost about 33% to trich in there. Doesn't really bother me since I really don't have a reason to grow as much as I do since I only microdose. Mainly doing it because it's a fun project and I pass out chocolates, pills, fresh batches to whoever wants some.
I haven't cleaned or sterilized the closet and just dump the tubs as they get infected - yeah, lazy lol. One tub is going on its 5th flush without any issues. I usually go only 2 flushes before I toss but I'm really trying to get a decent PEU sample to clone from. All are damn PF looking.
Used to do 3-54 gals but switched to 9 - 20 gals.
